I think that is to be expected towards the end of the day when customers have been in and out and might not put things away correctly, but 10 am disorganized. I found these cute flip flops for my toddler. he needed a toddler size 7 and again, great deal. $2 for the flip flops. he was so excited. we went to check out and apparently "Disney" apparel was not included in the deal. but these flip flops were under the $2 sign. this my conclusion of disorganized. Plus, there wasn't even a tag with the price on the flip flops. so after spending 30 minutes scouring to find flip flops in his size and check out to walk out empty handed he was devastated. my son doesn't usually throw tantrums so we walked out peacefully but as you can imagine, I had a pretty sad 3 year old. I'd expect a store to be organized especially right when they open, correct items in the correct place to indicate pricing, especially if there is no tag to display a price. lastly the lady who checked me out was unkind, unfriendly, and her and her coworker were chatting for a solid two minutes while I was the only one waiting in line. lets up the customer service skills with a smile at least and maybe some remorse for an item being in the incorrect spot when you just opened.

This Nordstrom Rack has plenty of inventory it just happens to be average, overpriced items that can be found at the TJ Maxx right next door or somewhere between Marshalls and Kohls. Today was probably one of the few times that I actually was looking for a pair of shoes and they happen to be some hocus I don't believe Nordstrom Rack does price matching when they add their stickers to their products but a lot of their products are overpriced whether something is on sale or not is debatable. Today I was looking for On clouds or Hokas for my upcoming trip. The Nordstrom Rack usually has comparable prices to online at the on store or even the Hoka store but after researching several items including the one in the pictures below there's no reason to shop at Nordstrom Rack anymore, instead shop online and save 10 to 20%. I really do understand sales price meaning Hoka can run better sales in most cases as the manufacturer but most items are overpriced in Nordstrom Rack. Ralph Lauren polo shirts two to three years old are still running $70 even more expensive than the outlet price, basically Nordstrom Rack is overpriced in my opinion and this one in Bakersfield has given me reason to continue to go.

ZERO -STARSvisiting from georgia and i go to carters to get my grandkids some gifts…read more First let me start with how the staff was looking out the window when i arrived, i can see them staring at me & my sons as we're exiting the vehicle! weird right we proceeded into the store and right away the big gentleman standing at the door welcomed us in and then made eye contact with another employee who was coming from the back door, im assuming he must be the manager or something i'm not sure, anyways i can say the staff was very extra on customer service as we were the only ones in the store, maybe they were bored but it was awkward i felt as if they thought we were going to shoplift it's unfortunate that people of color still get this treatment any who!! we're in the store a good 30 min they insisted we sign up for rewards and a credit card, i said no i'm not interested then the gentlemen and another young lady were giggling and whispering not sure if they were talking about us or if they are a couple but every time i looked up they were flirtatious and they would say to me or the boys are u still finding everything ok & go back to whatever conversation they were having, while the big guy just stand by the door blocking as if we're gonna steal! my shopping experience was not so great, come on management you gotta do better and train properly

Their inventory is not tiny, but also not huge. A lot of the clothes they carry aren't mine or my boyfriend's style, but they have his very favorite thermals in the world. They're also not ridiculously priced, and they are good quality that last through many wears and washes. The owners are quiet but they are sweet. They're an older couple who moved here from Korea many years ago, and they've owned T-World for ages. They even carry a few K-beauty products for reasonable prices. They have a little dog named Lucky who wanders the store, too. In his old age he is a little bit timid, and more of a sniffer than a petter, but he's totally harmless and very gentle and sweet. If you've got kids you don't need to worry about him. The owners try to give you space to find what you want, but will ask if you're looking for anything specific. I love that I don't feel pressured. If you're looking for a size or color they don't have, they'll go search the back but they know their inventory. If you're worried they're rude or something, don't. The owners are very kind, sweet and helpful people. They've just dealt with their unfair share of racism and comments, so I think they don't want to give people ammunition to be rude or something. I find really good nose ring hoops here, and they're so much cheaper than what you pay at the mall for the exact same thing. Support local! Check out T-World!

The store has a decent selection and the prices are fair, although much of the merchandise felt more like what I'd expect to find in the hood or ghetto , not Rosedale Avenue, though most people call Rosedale the hood now, I sorta agree, so if the shoe fits as they say...... Unfortunately, the customer service left a lot to be desired. The staff seemed far more interested in watching the security cameras than engaging with customers. During my visit, there was little acknowledgment, assistance, or interest shown until it was time to pay. I don't take pictures when I dont feel wanted as a customer, so no photos for you..lol A friendly greeting and a little customer service can go a long way, especially for first-time visitors. While I try to support local small businesses, the overall experience didn't leave me with much reason to return. For future projects, I'll probably stick with Michaels or Walmart.
