A & R Screening responded promptly to all my questions and even added on a shirt last minute for a late participant. The shirts were ready more than a week before game time and pick up was smooth. My order (sizes/fits) was 100% accurate. There were over 30 teams at the softball tournament and I was told several times that our team definitely won best uniforms. I ordered cursive font, and made sure to point out the font I wanted and watched them enter this information on my order. When I picked up the order, they used BLOCK font instead of cursive, and was told, "well, I figured since it was for a man, that a MAN would want block lettering, not cursive." This blew my mind, as they NEVER contacted me to ask if this was okay. They made me pay full price and offered me a lousy credit for another item to be embroidered and it had to be used in a year. Tried to give them another chance and called today to get pricing on getting ONE item embroidered with my work logo on it. When Chris saw my name on the caller ID he laughed at me and told me that he was going to charge me full price for anything I wanted to "pay me back for all the crap I put him thru years ago." HE was the one that got the order wrong, and HE took it upon himself to do whatever he wanted with no apologies. I will never recommend this place to anyone.
