In my experience though it has been stale for the most part. However they have a pretty good selection of name brand snacks. They are typically clean, however I have noticed quite a few people coming in with no masks on and they have just been allowed to walk around freely inside. Also this location use to have the best prices in the area, they have slowly been creeping up. Now they are slightly higher than some other gas stations in the immediate area. At the time of this review it's $2.37 reg, $2.65 mid, $2.95 prem. There are better shell locations if you go further up. But if you are in Stamford and in a rush. This gas station isn't my favorite but it's conveniently located next to Exit 9 and is great for…read morewhen I'm on my way to work but low on gas. The reason for the low stars is because this gas station is small and it's a tight squeeze. Considering that it's next to the freeway, you would think that this gas station would be larger (and it does get a ton of business). The gas isn't the most expensive in the area but it's definitely not the cheapest. It's about 10-20 cents fewer than the truck gas station off between exit 9 and 10 but it's about 20-30 cents more expensive than the gas stations down Hope Street (not Shell). So in short, it's very convenient but definitely not your cheapest option.
