This Shell gas station is the closest to my house, and the gas station that I most often frequent…read more I write this review today because finally after what seems to be years of driving over their choppy entrance over the grate (KA-CHUNK sounds still ring in my head as I either drove through the entrance or listened while I pumped gas, and driver after driver drove over the grates as well) They have FINALLY had the entrance and grate fixed so you can pull in with ease! Thank the heavens! Before this was fixed, that particular entrance was closed for a bit forcing customers to drive in only one of there entrances closest to the main road way and made it difficult to even get onto their property. Now that it is fixed, there are 2 entrances to chose from. The parking lot generally has a "one way" around the building, but is often used both ways. The one painted arrow in the back of the parking lot does not stop customers from going the opposite direction. This gas station is great because of its easy access right off of the highway. (Exit 4 off the Everette turnpike) It is located right past the first turn. This Shell includes a drive-thru car wash, vacuums, and air services. There is also an ATM available in the corner of the lot (Bank of America). It is a very busy section though, so you have to be quick getting in and out of the entrances or else you will be waiting forever due to the lights. I would say that after their remodel about a year back has added a lot of room to the inside of their store (by eliminating an entire row of shelving). The food is very fresh and I buy the food frequently for my travels. The staff seems to be plentiful. Always staff inside and during the day I can see staff coming and and out into the car wash and stock room area to grab items they need to stock the store with. They are always polite and I have never had an issue. I had even lost my credit card one time. I remembered the last place I used it was here at the Shell station. I gave an employee my information and they went to great lengths to see if anyone had found my card. In the end it turned out that it was in my back seat. (How embarrassing) But still, they were wonderful about trying to help find it. The prices for services and food are reasonable. I would say very comparable to other gas stations and convenient stores. The gas prices of course, I would have to say are slightly higher than other gas stations (non Shell). And God knows I don't want a car wash...especially when it's raining or snowing! That would have to be my biggest dislike to be asked by the gas pump if I want a car wash. No.. No I do not. I definitely love everything else though!

I called and even drove back to the gas station as soon as I realized my wallet was missing and asked them if anybody seen or returned a wallet? They told me no, and when I asked if the gas station had a camera they told me no. But I'm sure every gas station you go to is equipped with cameras. So I decided to get in touch with someone from their store and I had asked them if they have any cameras at this pacific location and they told me yes. So I told them that I had called and one of their employee told me they didn't have any. Really suspicious. Then they also told me that someone will check into the surveillance camera on the day I was there pumping gas and would get back to me in a 48-72 hours. I said okay. A week goes by nobody has gotten in touch with me. So I decided to reach out again and they told me the same thing that they'll escalate it to management and someone will get in touch with me within 3-5 business days. I said okay. Another week goes by no one still hasn't reach out to me and now I'm getting very upset. So I called and reach out to someone again and ask them what's taking so long for someone to contact me because now its been almost a month since someone gotten in touch with me. So I asked if I should go there in person and as soon as I said that they got back to me right away. So they were reviewing the camera and once they got to the date I was there. They claim there were no footage of me from the time I was there but there was a clip from an hour after I was there. Very fishy!! And also said they only have motion sensor and that the camera didn't show the last pump I was at. So after all this. I don't think I'll ever bring my business here or to any bjs wholesale store after this experience. I don't want make a huge deal even though I was sad because my whole life was pretty much in that wallet.

Crystal and Sheri proceeded to help me and listen to me because part of my car was coming off from a rocking hitting it. Yes the people who work at this station are as good as is gets…read more Last night,July 9,2016, my 17 year old son with his 17 year old passenger hydroplaned into the very large light pole and fencing around the Shell gas station. 2 young men working at the station ran to the boys and made sure they were ok. The attendants also moved some of the debris so that no one else would get injured. The Fire, Police, ambulance arrived soon after. By the time I, mom arrived the 2 young men had gone back to work. My son told me how kind they were and how it helped to calm his nerves to have people there right away to help them. Thank you a million times thank you to the brave attendants who worked at the shell station the night my son had his first accident which was a doozy. Also that you to the manager o duty who was calm, kind, and helpful.
