Bill was easy to work with. They got 4 new Michelin's on site the next morning and had the vehicle finished when they said it would. I am very particular about my vehicles. I have a Yukon Denali with 22" rims. They are chrome plated so they had internal correction due to the galvanic combination of the aluminum, chrome and steel in the tire. I was also loosing pressure at the bead. They prepped the surface as good as new. Zero scratches on the rims. The vehicle rides like glass at 85 MPH. That (in my opinion) is the true sign of technical mastery. I hate when I had tire service in the past and the vehicle is shaking at 55 MPH and you have to go back for rebalancing. Love Scotty's
