However, the communication during the middle phases (permitting and design) was a bit lacking, and my project manager changed midway through. Luckily my new project manager, Frank Martin, is knowledgeable and efficient and was able to get it done before the tax incentive expires at the end of 2025. So, if you aren't in a massive rush and want a Pearl Certified installer at a fair price, they are a solid choice--just stay on top of your project manager.
