What a racket. They were 2 days late they charged $235 to screw in plastic part that was sent by manufacturer. They diagnosed my heater (in a freeze warning) incorrectly also said it would take over a week to get part (I got part in 3 hrs, and it did not fix it) So they did not diagnose correctly, they over charged, and it took 4 weeks just to get a receipt. And 5 weeks later I still have broken heater. DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY, A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. read more

My experience with Gulf Coast Mobile was well over a year ago. I don't see it posted so let me help out any one who is considering using their service. DONT DO IT. My last post was vey long so I'll keep this short. Had an AC issue in my RV. Was told needed a new unit. Month after month was told unit was back ordered or The Dometic plant shut down etc. then they stop making that model. This went on and on. Of Course he already had my money and when they finally replaced the unit they replaced the wrong one ! I asked if I could have my good unit back he replaced and he said they no longer had it. They are very good at one thing --- Deception ! I finally gave up and just had another RV AC company replace the bad unit. It only took them a week. read more

These guys are crooks. Do not call them. Save your money and go to Fun Town or any other reputable dealership to get the correct diagnosis of the problem with your coach. I will never use them again. The bad reviews on here are real. read more

Would not give a star at all if there was that option. Last July 2016 called Gulf Coast Mobile RV Repair to replace a leveling system control screen and check my frig that was not working properly and I told him I had X ride extended warranty on the RV. He replaced the controller, but I had to write a check for the repair and said he would file the claim and reimburse me for the cost once he was funded from insurance. He also told me the cooling unit was bad in the frig and the whole unit needed to be replaced. He said he would order the frig. He filed a claim with Xride for the controller as well as the Frig, stating that the repairs on both were performed. He received a check form Xride for the complete claim for both in August for $4730. I have yet to receive a frig. I have been given every excuse imaginable starting with the model was changed and being redesigned due to the failure rate and was backordered. Talked to them in late November and they said the units were now available but the order they placed was lost and had to reorder. In February this year I called them for an update and was told the frig arrived in January, but they could not get in touch with me for the install so the returned it to manufacturer. Needless to say, I never was called or contacted in January. Said he would have to reorder and should have it in a week or so. Spoke with Gulf coast 3 weeks ago telling me it was reordered and was in transit. Called last week and was told it was still in transit. I contacted Dometic and the said there has not been a model change and the units have been and are in stock and I could have it in one week max. He has been paid in full for the complete repair and I have not received any reimbursement for the controller nor have had a new frig replaced. It seems that this guy is intent on pocketing the money and committing fraud. DO NOT USE HIM. read more
