My situation was I turned on my table top oven fully and the microwave at the same time. It seems that I had blown a circuit breaker. I was genuinely frustrated by the service provided by another company's representative. It was refreshing to speak to Fawn, who provided excellent customer service. I have worked in the escalations department for over 10 years, so I know what customer service is supposed to look like. Let me tell you, Fawn has the skills needed to service customers in the right way. She connected, defined, and resolved my concerns the same day. They came to the house a few times and the tech sent said someone else would have to come back because he didn't understand the system. We asked for a few different jobs to be handled, and when they came back, they had forgotten what we had asked. Although they seem like nice people, they are disorganized, inefficient and slow. They work as volunteer firemen (very admirable) but I fear this is their passion, and NOT plumbing. Just recently, after a YEAR, they sent me an email that they were going through old invoices, and that we have a balance we were unaware of that we owe them! Save yourself the aggravation, and try someone else!
