I rented a violin from here in 2024 for my son and everyone has always been so kind. We're here at least once a week for the lessons. They really have great customer service. I've always a felt little bit intimidated by music as I have no musical background whatsoever and never tried to learn at age 40. Watching my son excel due to their support made me want to try an instrument, and naturally I immediately popped a string due to not knowing what the hell I was doing. They replaced my string for free and showed me how to restring it. I deal with Daniel, Veronica, and Jessica on a regular basis but the entire staff is very kind. I really recommend their rental program, it's pretty affordable. I'm only paying about $25/mo so I paid for 6 months up front.

The store had a good selection and we were happy with our choice. The delivery process was also super quick, professional and hassle free. After the piano was delivered, Daniel came over to make sure it sounds perfect. He was thorough and found a slight issue, which he spent a good half hour fixing. I'm so thankful for his time and expertise. We're very happy with the instrument we purchased because we definitely got it for a competitive price and are very pleased with the value. Thank you to Daniel and everyone involved in this exciting process for my family.

One of his keys was bent and he had some dents on the instrument. I don't know if that's normal and if any other parents has gone through that, but man....... it's super expensive. Several times while paying for the instrument to get fixed I contemplated on trading the kid in for drums or something, heck... even a harmonica, but Nick Rail wasn't budging. They didn't want a kid that breaks instruments, so I was at a lost. Such a bummer. Having said that, Nick Rail did an amazing job getting all the kinks and ninja attacks out. The instrument looked new. It was bright and shiny once more. I probably haven't seen it in this shape since he first had gotten the instrument about 5yrs ago. Processing time of the instrument was a little delayed and didn't get fixed in a timely fashion, but overall I was happy with the fix. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. I also didn't know they actually give lessons inside, so if your child is a music enthusiast or even yourself, then check it out. I'm not too sure on pricing.

But after I got the guitar home, I heard something rattling around inside the guitar body! One of the 2 bolts that holds the neck to the guitar's top side wasn't even screwed in and just fell out while driving home! It wasn't even attached meaning the neck wasn't secure with the strings installed! A neck reset is what I requested and paid for but it wasn't completed... I left a message on Lee's company voicemail but no response so far. Unbelievable and inexcusable. He fixed minor damage to the top and also fixed the electronics but I had to remove the strings in order to re-install the bolt and washer using a socket, extension, and socket wrench. While loosening it, the high E string decided to break as well so now I have to buy another set of elixir strings. I also noticed the bolt he did install wasn't very tight so I had to tighten that up too. All in all I guess you get what you pay for. Good work but not completed! Could have caused the neck to separate from the body and damage the guitar.
