They scheduled the pickup and delivery for 9:30-11:30am on a Wednesday and said I'd get a tighter time confirmation that morning. The crew contacted me at 8:30 and said they'd arrive for pickup between 9:15 and 9:30. They did. The former owner of the piano texted me at 9:20am and said they were already gone and all had been smooth. They arrived promptly to deliver, called me to say they were here, and three strong piano moving experts carried the piano (a spinet) up to my second floor walkup (28 steps, 5 turns). They had moving blankets on the piano and did not touch any of the walls. Flawless. They were excellent, fast (but moved slowly and carefully), and very pleasant. And the price was right. The best of the three quotes I got. Highly recommend.

The class packs are worth it, you will use them! We are often drawn to local park festivals if we hear Mr Dave is performing! During covid we have been attending their virtual classes in our little kids "pandemic pod" and the kids have a blast every week. I have a 2 year old and a 5 year old and they both enjoy the classes. As with most parents of small children it can be hard to keep them focused online but Mr Dave has a real rapport with the children and does a tremendous job with them. Right now I think they are doing porch pop ups for small, private (outdoor) shows, weather permitting. Highly recommend as an activity during the pandemic and can't wait to get back into their studio space!!
