I was for the most part expecting to pay about $250. I called Hawk, and he said to bring it over for a look. Bottom line is that he got this saxophone in perfect working order for a fraction of the estimates that I got from the other music stores. Better still, is that we got the instrument back the next day. Hawk really helped us out in a bind, and was very fair on the price and advice he gave us. This sax will only go back to him for further repairs. When it comes time to upgrade, I will go to him to find a quality used sax. If your kid plays the sax, you know what a money pit that instrument can be. Hawk will treat you fairly, and perform expert repairs. Don't even waste your time anywhere else if you have a saxophone or clarinet in need of repair.
