Requested egg and chips for elderly mother who cannot chew, told they would have to charge for the ham egg and chips meal. Negotiated beans instead of ham and told would be paying for the ham egg and chips as per menu! Beans are much cheaper than ham. Meal was well presented and cooked nicely, although chips a bit dry. Requested plant milk with coffee, but told no options to cow milk.Third of the population prefer plant milk yet sadly they are unable to provide. Vinegar and Mayo in plastic sachets so not eco sound. Disabled toilet didn't have any toilet paper, and regular ladies toilet had one broken soap dispenser and the other one was empty. A few treats could improve the overall quality of experience.
