There are very few people I refer clients to without a second thought -Troy is one of them. As a…read morereal estate broker in the greater Seattle and Eastside area, who I send my clients to is one of the most important decisions I make. My name is attached to that referral, and I don't take that lightly. Over the years, Troy and his team have consistently shown up the way I need them to - responsive, creative, and genuinely invested in finding the best solution for each buyer. We've worked together across Bellevue, Kirkland, Sammamish, Renton, and the greater Seattle area, and through all of it he has never once let a client fall through the cracks. What sets Troy apart isn't just that he knows his products - it's that he listens. He takes the time to understand what a buyer actually needs, and when he doesn't have the best program for that specific situation, he says so and connects them with someone who does. That kind of honesty and humility is rare in any industry. My clients deserve to be taken care of the same way I take care of them. Troy does that. If you're buying a home and need a lender you can trust, I highly recommend Troy.

He was the first person I reached out to in the home buying process as a first time home buyer. He was my go-to for any and all questions every step of the way. He always let me know my options, including insight like what was most common, what he recommended, and what the paperwork really meant. He even stayed responsive via text while he was out of town helping his daughter move into her college dorm- sending pre-approval letters from the plane! He was very easy to talk to and kind. My situation was a little different as I have a partner who I'm buying with that is not a first time home buyer. We had to go back and forth from having me on the loan solo (to get a better interest rate) vs having us both on the loan (to be able to qualify for a more expensive home) depending on the amount we were offering for each property. I can only imagine this was not easy on the paperwork end but he didn't hesitate to give me all options. In the end I was able to get a first time home buyer interest rate because of programs Troy found for me. He was also a great cheerleader along the way! This process is very involved and I would use Troy and his team again if I ever needed to!

Craig has that rare combination of deep expertise and real-world awareness. He broke things down clearly, anticipated issues before they ever became problems, and always made sure we understood our options. What impressed us most was how intentional he was about protecting our long‑term interests. He didn't push. He didn't rush. He guided. He strategized. He advocated. And he did it all with a level of professionalism and care that's honestly hard to find. If you want someone who knows the landscape, knows the numbers, and knows how to put you first, Craig is the person you want in your corner. We couldn't be happier with the experience.

I was following up on a question the Bellevue branch had about a transaction I had made the day before. I tried calling the phone at the Bellevue Schwab branch but I could not connect with a person at the local branch. It seems Schwab has lost the importance of having a local branch to serve the people in the area. What could have been a simple call to a local representative ended up with me driving to the office. I don't believe it's a question of having people available because when I arrived at the local branch, three representatives were at the front desk. After finishing my business with one of the representatives, I tried calling from the lobby. I got transferred to Texas. I would ask Schwab to please pickup the phone and talk with your clients.
