Natalia was our sound bowl therapist and was calm, spiritual and enlightening. I can't wait to go back and do this again. Natalia also is a Reiki master. I've done Reiki before and loved that experience as well. It was interesting to hear Natalia's thoughts of what she felt was going on with each of us at the end of the session. Two of us had the energy of our loved ones with us during the session, and I was lucky enough that Natalia felt the energy of my dad. I was able to tune out everything around me and delve into the experience, but my friends said they heard people talking within the other parts of the studio, such as massages and other therapies in other rooms. One gal said she felt like getting up and going outside to tell the people to not make so much noise. Again, I was very into what Natalia was doing and focused that I heard nothing and wasn't bothered by any outside noise. Maybe it would be simply scheduling things at different times for complete silence, I don't know. It wasn't an issue for me.
