When reaching out all calls and emails went unanswered until a complaint with corporate was filed. Called the store and the young lady said she left me a message to say they could not deliver on time. Never got the message nor a phone call from a Jacksonville area code. I still have a Jacksonville area code as my number, so I would easily recognize someone calling me from my hometown. Nonetheless, clerk stated she had the items and could "now send" the delivery to my parents. Mind you, had I not asked my parents, I would have been out this money without knowing. I contemplated on whether to ask for a refund and when I did ask, I was told "manager would not be in until Monday and I would have to call back". I decided to have them deliver the items. Please see the pictures my parents sent me, flowers dead, ballon half inflated and the desserts were "horrible" and to be honest nasty looking. I would not eat them, either.
