From day one, our focus has been on treating challenges like anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse with proven therapies like CBT and DBT, alongside holistic practices such as mindfulness and yoga. Our team is dedicated to empowering teens while involving families every step of the way.
We offer a range of flexible programs, including our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), allowing teens to receive the care they need without leaving their homes or schools. As the manager of Guide Behavioral Health, I’m deeply passionate about helping teens in our community find the support they need to overcome life’s challenges. Growing up and raising a family in the Menlo Park and San Mateo County area, I’ve seen firsthand how mental health struggles can affect not just individuals, but entire families. That’s why I’m dedicated to creating a safe, compassionate space where teens can heal, thrive, and reconnect with their families.
