I felt like they expected me to steal, honestly I was so mesmerized by her I thought I was suppose to steal. Any how beware of their door advertisement where it says "buy 2 apparel get 1 free" I got to the counter with 4 shirts and expected to pay $60, but no it was $83. So I asked the lady why so and she quickly snapped back "NOT ON TSHIRTS." Well I guess I did not read the fine 8 point font that read excludes TSHIRTS.

My kids were not pleased. Not at all. This is a massive Old Navy. It's filled with all the typical Old Navy things. I found myself hear the week before school began. Why did I wait that long to shop? Because I'm a dude. Was it a good idea? Hell naw. Despite the poor timing of our shopping trip, we were able to find lots of cute outfits. Those are my kids' words not mine. I wouldn't know a cute outfit if it punched me in the face. The staff here are very cordial even when the store is jam packed with people. I would recommend coming here to shop when it's not close to school beginning. Unless of course you like to procrastinate like me.

As far as deals for Polo goes, this is one place unmatched. I've been shopping here for years, to…read morethe point where almost all of my wardrobe now is Polo (and Diamond Supply Co.). There is usually some sale going on, and if you register some info, (name, address and email) they'll send little additional savings cards to you totalling at times up to 75% off! I'm a Fall/Winter attire lover, and Polo has some not only cool and comfortable gear, but crazy affordable and I'm just about always complimented when out in public sporting something (s) from this store. I've bought items from retail locations at a much more inflated price than anything I've found here. Quite frankly, I can't tell any difference in quality from items at retail compared to the outlet. I do get the feeling that sometimes the workers can be at bit leery, but the store is not super big so you're just about always in close proximity of someone that can help. I've also received good service when seeking suggestions for an outfit, I'm not sure if Mike is still working at this location, but that guy has taste and has helped me put together a couple nice outfits! The selections here are pretty great as well. Everything from shorts, jeans, sweaters, and pants to robes and loungewear. I stop here every chance I get, you should too.

I appreciate their well made and stylish clothing. I was hopeful that this location would be as nice as others I had visited, but it lacked selection and service. Every time I have been to a Polo outlet, it has been packed. This location was no different, but the layout and location of the registers made it difficult to navigate. The two registers had lines of at least 20 people and they were moving very slowly. There were also so many people perusing the racks that just trying to find a shirt was a big chore. Once I found something that I liked, I realized the wait would be too long so I gave up. The addition of more registers would have made it much more convenient. While most of the clothing in the outlet is specifically made for these types of stores, it is still of high quality. It is also 1/4 to 1/2 as expensive as the items you'll find in most department stores. I've found that there is little difference in the pants sold in outlets, but there are some styles of shirts offered here that are not offered elsewhere. Another complaint about the store was the staff. I realize they must have a high occurrence of shoplifting, but the constant leering and questioning (do you need to check out?, The line is over there?, etc.) was a bit much. I decided I wanted a closer look at a hat that was near the door so I pulled it from the shelf to try it on. As soon as I did an employee rushed over and stood between me and the door while trying to direct me to the register. I realize I look like a degenerate, but slow your roll there chief. If I want it, I'll pay for it. If you really want Polo clothing at a discount, check this place out. If you can't handle the wait, paying full retail may be a better alternative.
