BUYER BEWARE! I took my AR15 in for a barrel replacement from a Colt heavy barrel to a Criterion Core barrel and a pinned Midwest Industries muzzle break Both that I provided to them. Part of the deal was they got to keep the Colt barrel in exchange for the armorer work. I picked up my rifle from the owner a week or so later and due to the type of hand guard on my rifle I couldn't see the barrel marking to verify my new barrel, plus I trusted them. Well, they not only did they keep my Colt barrel but also put in a cheap Ballistic Advantage barrel, stealing my Criterion barrel. Of course, I have no way to prove it in court so this is my only recourse. Shame on you Guerrilla Armament! You lost me as a customer for life, and I hope others who read this. read more

Some of the employees are rude and lack knowledge on firearms. I went in one time and there was a random dude who didnt work there sitting behind the counter and commenting the whole time i was there. I went in to look at AKs and they allowed me to inspect but a couple of the employees were complaining. One of the employees said "the only thing to inspect on AKs is canted sights." While you should inspect for that, it is definitely not the only thing to inspect. That same employee also commented saying "crazy how people inspect aks that have no experience with making them." Which is not true at all. You do not have to make guns in order to know how to inspect firearms to make sure its good and safe to buy. Everyone should be able to know what to inspect for before buying a firearm. But anyways, the same dude comes out and flexes his PSA AK after making that remark. Like this dude was snobby about me inspecting a firearm, but then whips out probably one of the worst ak brands out there, in terms of quality. There are some decent psa aks out there i know, but they're hit or miss (mostly miss) in terms of quality. But i wish the best of luck to this gunshop. No hard feelings but sheesh. I live in California. Needed to ship a pistol to my son who lives in Jacksonville, NC. I called several gun shops in J'ville who told me I can't ship it on my own and I have to send it FFL to FFL, which is false. Federal law allows a private citizen to ship a firearm to a FFL. I Called Guerrilla Armament expecting to get the same run around but these guys know what they are doing and they know the law; and so no hassles from them. By far the best in jacksonville! Their new store location is a HUGE improvement from where they were before. They have just about every ammo you could ask for, the best selection of modern rifles, and the friendliest service. I bought a DSA FAL from them a while back and one of the employees noticed the scars on my arm that I got while on deployment and my 1/8 tattoo on my leg. After I filled out the paperwork and chatted with them for a little bit I got in my car to leave and one of the employees ran out and met me at my car with and few extra magizines and said this is from the guys...that kind of service you will find nowhere else in this town!
