I have been buying here for many years but it's time to find a different nursery. Came in during…read morethe week and the staff to guest ratio was at least 5 staff to each customer...I wanted a tree that was too heavy for me to lift at roughly 70 pounds and literally none of the staff walking around offered to help. When I asked for help locating the tree, I was pointed to the other side of the nursery, but no thought to if I might either need help locating the trees or help lifting the container.

The crew that took our tree down was very prompt and did a great job to keep the tree limbs from damaging pretty much anything (it was next to our privacy fence in a flower bed area). They cleaned up any left over debris. And they even helped me re-home a bird's nest to a neighboring tree. I just checked on it to see a momma dove feeding her babies in it! I will definitely go back to this company for future tree needs. I highly recommend this company!

This is especially galling because we are good customers and enjoyed a good relationship with Poole's, having spent several thousands of dollars on their work on our walk and portico. Tempe Arizona Branch - The worst landscape design I have ever seen. I realize we are a desert but…read morethe Gateway University Park project is just ugly. They went in, ripped out all the trees and all the newer (3 year old) low water use, sun tolerant, heat tolerant, blooming desert plants and replaced it all with a mishmosh of rocks and cactus. Super ugly! Very surprised the City of Tempe allowed this. Even the tenants and passer by's comment on how ugly and uninviting the complex is. There is no "Design" element at all to that mess. LandCare clearly needs to hire some actual Landscape Architects with the ability to design and not just throw down some rock and call it a day. I might expect this look along side a freeway but certainly not in an up scale city, commercial area.
