But no! WE are to call them, THEY determine delivery without letting you know and said they don't contact customer because they have too many deliveries, but they have an arranged delivery date! You know who else is busy but calls?! Mulch companies! So do car repair businesses, so do many companies that deliver anything, so do Doctors and Dentists. Sun wants to risk us being home? They want to chance leaving a very expensive tree in our front yard BY the road, since this is the final destination. They are not too busy to SELL the tree, but don't ask for any other customer service.

I will definitely go back to this company for future tree needs. I highly recommend this company!

They moved some heavily rocks for us to a better location, replaced a failing shrub with a better quality and good-sized shrub and staked another large shrub without the stake showing. They also took our three roof drains and piped them underground. A huge improvement that they actually pointed out. It will take gutter rainwater away from the foundation but not show. They use great triple shredded mulch and left everything spotless. They are friendly, respectful, and reasonably priced. Highly recommended. Thank you Roland and Maritza and team.

They went in, ripped out all the trees and all the newer (3 year old) low water use, sun tolerant, heat tolerant, blooming desert plants and replaced it all with a mishmosh of rocks and cactus. Super ugly! Very surprised the City of Tempe allowed this. Even the tenants and passer by's comment on how ugly and uninviting the complex is. There is no "Design" element at all to that mess. LandCare clearly needs to hire some actual Landscape Architects with the ability to design and not just throw down some rock and call it a day. I might expect this look along side a freeway but certainly not in an up scale city, commercial area.
