While spicy, it wasn't all too flavorful in terms of all of the ingredients in it. The price also felt a bit high as well. My partner echoed that sentiment when it came to her Black & White Tonkotsu. When we tried the boba, we enjoyed the flavor of the tea. We were immediately met with disappointment however when the actual boba was tasteless. Good texture, but quite literally tasteless. Would we come again? It certainly wouldn't be on the forefront of our minds. However with cold weather and a lack of other ramen options nearby, we may give it a shot down the road. The weather was absolutely terrible and it is tucked into a quaint shopping center. As soon as we stepped inside, I almost immediately forgot about the rain because it was so nice and relaxing. There are about 3 two-top tables inside and it was decorated for Easter. The woman working the register was so kind! She made the ordering process easier and made sure to confirm with me before packing up any sweets that my little ones were requesting, which I appreciated. As I was checking out, I last minute asked if they did anything special for birthdays and got a free cupcake! I've been eating here for 17 years. I know what it used to taste like. Recently order 2 main dishes, several orders of dumplings, crab wontons, and Lo mein. The sauces are thin and flavorless now. The crab wontons tasted stale and rubbery like fried ahead. The wontons have changed shape a look like they are from H-Mart. Not what I expected from my former favorite spot. Not really interested in going back now.

There's plenty of stuff in the area, but a lot of it was suspiciously closed on Monday night. This place was just across the street from my hotel so I went in and I ordered chips and salsa to start, and then pork belly tacos. The chips and salsa were fantastic! Probably some of the best mild salsa I've ever had. The spicy salsa was tasty as well, but just a little bit beyond my heat range. I was very happy with the start to the meal, but once the pork belly tacos came out, I was in heaven. These are the best tacos I've ever had, and I've eaten a lots of tacos, and the best pork belly I've ever had. It was perfectly cooked and perfectly seasoned. I ate it so fast that when it's finished, I thought a severe sense of disappointment that there wasn't more. The wait staff was great as well! The job I'm interviewing for is remote and I kind of hope I get it even more so that I can come down here and explore the rest of the menu.

He insisted she had do nothing wrong (even though he was not there) & said she's a nice girl and refused to listen or address our concerns. He raises his voice & caused embarrassing and unnecessary attention to the situation. He needs immediate training and reprimanding. He did not care that we were loyal paying customers and never took any responsibility or accountability and made no apologies about it. We will not be back.

We were then (passive aggressively) offered to go containers to pack up our meals, to which I declined since I wanted my kids to finish their nearly done food. Next, we overhear another staff member saying "they know we close at 9," suggesting that we shouldn't even have gotten food to eat inside. Well, if my first sandwich was made correctly, perhaps I could've finished a little sooner. When asking the staff member we overheard why would his coworker let us order and not mention we'd need to plan to leave at closing, he couldn't really answer other than saying legally they couldn't not sell food to customers but he wouldn't come inside if it were him. Overall, this is not the customer service I was expecting. My first time visiting this location was pretty good; food was fresh, hot, and delicious. After this experience however, I doubt I'll return. I'm sure they don't care either way since there was no attempt to rectify the situation in the extra 9 minutes we stayed over.
