It was unbelievable bad experience. I am a regular customer and bought 2 bags there. I was there for repairing my Tian backpack about a week ago.
A sales woman sounds not familiar with the business and told me without my name, they cannot repair it. She is long hair, kind of blond. I told her clearly I bought it on 13th May and it is the first time I heard, luxury shop needs a name to repair a product.
Luxury brands should have luxury service and professional sales assistants. All the other boutiques I went, they accepted the bags once they are real and provide after sales service.
We buy not only products, but also service. The bag's quality is already bad, and the service is even worse.
It is not logical to provide names, the bag is from Gucci and it is real. What a customer needs is just a good service. Without service, I will not go to the shop again.
I doubt about Gucci brand and company for this kind of management and customer sense. It is NOT a luxury brand, it is just a mess and unprofessional team.
