I rarely or never ever walk into these kinds of stores. I've heard people say that LV in the EU is less expensive and cheaper than the stores in the US or Thailand. I was a bit intimidated to walk in but I had to grab a nice birthday/Christmas/2013 present for my mama! As I walked in I never felt pushed or intimidated to buy. I had one lady asked if I needed help and I passed (since I was only browsing) but one Damier bag caught my eye. Another young gal came up to me and helped me out with about 3 bags. She was young, she was cool and very helpful. The Speedy Damier bag I purchased wasn't cheap but was cheaper than the US. It was also my mom's specs! The best part about buying someone else an LV bag is walking out with a big LV-logo bag with 4-5 different German girls looking at my bag! LOL! read more

On the hunt for a Neverfull GM in DE print. Was in Brussels but they didn't have the GM size in stock. As we were flying out of Frankfurt, I called the Frankfurt location and they had 1 left. I knew it may not still be there by the time we arrived later in the day. But I also had a Speedy 30 on the list and so hopped on the ICE and hoped for the best. The SA I spoke on the phone was super sweet but the security (ugh) was another story. He was aggressively rude and condescending. A few minutes later his other buddy was rude to another group. Maybe there are people who come to browse (they are still potential customers) and there are people like myself who only go in to buy. Sorry to the SA who was getting the sale but my $$$ went to another brand. Security @ Frankfurt LV April 1st 4:35pm NEEDS a refresher course on customer service. This was the worst LV store I have ever been to. I went there today because I was interested in one of their trolleys and also had to get something personalized. After standing out in the cold for quite a while ( they let more customers out than they allowed back in ) I was told to have a seat and that somebody was gonna be right with me. ( I have to mention that today I was dressed casual and apparently when you're my race, casual means something different than when you're oh let's say asian, 'cause it didn't matter what they wore, they got first class treatment ) After about 20 minutes this guy showed up, didn't really care about helping me, telling me to come back tomorrow, because they were busy today and looking everywhere but my direction. He left me standing there after two minutes, telling me to come back two hrs later and walked off. Never cared about helping me with anything else, which was ok at that time, because I did not like his attitude and figured since there was plenty of other employees somebody else would surely help me. Since I'm not familiar with Frankfurt and it was starting to get dark outside I decided to stay in the store, because I was still waiting on someone to help me with the trolley. I sat there for two hours and not a single person came over to check on me or help me. They were busy crawling up the asians a$$es, offering them drinks and full on service. After two hours, I went to the front, again, greeted with an annoyed look and asked if my item was ready. After a little while a young woman came over, first nice person in the store, ( a little too late ) brought me my item and then walked me out of the store. I guess business is booming and missing out on a few thousand extra Euros today isn't a big deal, but they made me feel like trash. That was the last time that I will ever take a step into that store, I have never been treated like that in any of the other ones. Now I understand why friends told me that this store wasn't the greatest. Julia Roberts in pretty woman came to mind, don't judge a book by it's cover, just because today I wore blue jeans, doesn't make me any less of a valued customer than anybody else. Big mistake, huge. 1) Visited the lower section for men's, to buy LV sneakers. 2) Waited for 15 minutes for a sales person , not bothered to help a customer. 3) 3 sales people said either they were not from the men's section, were designing the store or were serving another customer. 4) When I asked the security guard - his reply rudely was I'm a security guard , I do not know what goes on in the store. 5) I buy LV products from around the world , this store has the worst service. 6)Left with out buying my shoes. It's a big store and the place was not crowded with tourist at the time we went right before closing. Wide selection of LV bags and accessories. Friendly and helpful sales staff. My dad was able to get the LV wallet that he wanted. NOTE: You can pay for your purchase both with Euros and a credit card in one transaction. If you are a tourist, you can claim the tax free refund by filling out the paperwork and showing the sales staff your passport. Then, you would have to get your refund at the airport. read more

I came here with intentions of buying a new wallet for myself. Walked in with normal sweater and jeans like I normally do at any store, and I was greeted and placed on a list. Entry floor has women's items, bottom floor has men's items. I had my mind set on a Multiple wallet, but wanted to see my options. Met Evelyn Beeck, who was my sales associate for this trip. She was an extremely nice woman. She showed my wife and I practically all the styles of wallets, and allowed us to select what we felt was best. Her friendliness and willingness to help definitely got our sale. My wife ended up deciding she wanted to buy a wallet as well. 2 for 1 score. I am happy to have worked with her, and hopefully we can get the reversible Metis through her in the future. read more

Strange Customer Service! I came in to purchase the leather Pont Neuf and no one approached me. I was in Paris few days prior and it was very different. I couldn't make up my mind when I was in Paris between Artsy mm or the Pont Neuf. I wish my purchase was more pleasant then experiencing a sales person throwing an iPad on the counter. Very unprofessional! I was told that her mother was really ill and She couldn't take off. Really? This should handled internally in LV. Having a piss-off employee walking around the store looking really mad, ruined my purchase excitement. I did buy the bag for €2500. read more

Strange sales and the worst LV I ever had. I went there this week and waited about 30' at the door waiting for a sales. Meanwhile 2 sales were gossiping just behind. Finally came a black mid-hair sales, she is probably come from Latin America or Middle East. She asked me to wait again, during this time I got a phone call and I talked about 5'. She was really impatient and left me, even complained while I was having phone call. Such rude attitude I called store manager, but she didn't ask this sales to apologise, she said she would talk to her later but it didn't solve the problem on-site. They love asian customers, just for sales, they never provide the service. It there are too many customers in the store, they should better organise. Every customer should get their service, this is the most important why we pay. Truly nightmare! read more
