How saddened was I to find out they closed this cafe since the pandemic began.. and may not open anymore.

The Gucci Caffe (located on the top floor of the Gucci store) offers a relaxing atmosphere to take a break from all that shopping. Yes, you can finally use the restroom! While you're here, you might as well grab some food, coffee and/or dessert. We ended up coming here for brunch and got a sandwich, iced Caffe, reg Caffe, and last but not least, the delectable Pistachio Mousse (thx to a tip from a fellow yelper!) I don't know if we were super hungry or what, but all the food at all of the stations looked really, really good. However, I didn't bother w anything I can easily get in the US. If weather permits, definitely chow down on the tables outside. There's a lovely arrangement of tables and canopies, all exquisitely decked out in Gucci-fashion. The VAT refund center is located directly across from the Gucci store, so I ended up coming back a second time to get a €5 Frappuccino. I had to go to the Mall in Leccio to see the outlet stores. Because you have only 2 choices as to where to eat, I chose the Gucci Caffe. It is all in black and is on the 2nd level with an outdoor terrace. A lovely place to eat my lunch or have a snack. The staff all wear Gucci, of course; which makes for a stylish ambiance to your dining experience. read more

OMG!! We waited almost an hour (and it RAINED) to get inside the store itself! But the prices were AMAZING!! I must've went BANANAS SHOPPING DOWNSTAIRS...I bought coats, belts, shoes, glasses, and clothes - all UNDER 1K‼Worth the WAIT! Even better, I ended the shopping with GREAT FOOD at the Gucci Cafe upstairs I wanted the turkey panini, but it was SOLD OUT‼ So, after waiting in line for about 10 min...I got the swordfish sandwich, and I ordered my wine from the bar, prior to getting in line. U have to pay at the food register for EVERYTHING anyhow! Brought bartender my receipt, proceeded to Gucci Terrace, and Wallah‼ MagnifiqueThe weather was perfect, after the rain, and the view breathtaking...the sun peeking over the Tuscan mountains is all I can see‼ The sandwich was great too‼ Italians mastered sandwiches, as far as I'm concerned. You are maybe used to a different kind of luxury, but hey, you're in Italy and we are famous for surprises! This is more a deli than a restaurant: in fact, you'll sit and then wonder around in order to choose between the menu's dishes showed in each counter. Since vegetables and fruit are fresh, the offer can vary depending in the season. Meat, seafood and vegetarian choices are well distributed in the menu and you can have a all-in-one course at 14€. The pistachio mousse is a must try, believe me when I tell you it's heaven itself. The food sometimes is overcooked, and that's the only small imperfection I can find, which it's not that relevant when the meal it's that tasteful anyway! read more

Who would ever think Gucci would have anything for 3 euros? Above their outlet, sits an enormous cafe that's chic and perfect. We had a large party of 10 and we fit perfectly in one table. Shopping is tiresome and you need a quick pick me up. This cafe provides the perfect solution. Food is ready made and delicious! For 3 euros, you can pick any of their small sandwiches.5 bites and you're done kind of small. For 5 euros, you get a heartier sandwich that's a bit more intricate. The fave by far was the croissant with ham and cheese. It was simple, fresh, and tasty! My husband liked it so much, he had three of them! The smaller sandwiches were wonderful,too. They have a variety of food and drinks for everyone's taste. The service was of Gucci's standards, subdued and polite. Everyone dressed professionally and looked neat and tidy. Ate here after shopping at the Mall. Expected food to be expensive, but all was reasonably priced. Food: Decent. Not great. Not the worst. Nice break from shopping. Had a panini and a pastry and some sparkling water. Service: Excellent. Everyone wears a black suit and black shirt. Atmosphere: competely black and modern and hip and stylish. Clean and chic cafe with friendly employees. There is a variety of food to choose from - pizza, sandwiches, salads and pastries. The prices are surprisingly low given that it is the Gucci cafe after all. I tried the turkey sandwich and the bread was so crispy, flaky, and buttery; I was very impressed. I also tried a petit dessert and a soy cappuccino. Everything was good and fairly priced so it's worth a stop while shopping read more

Well, the hygiene and environment are great but the foods are sucks. It's below below average to be frank. The pasta is not fully cooked well, too hard to chew and the pork chop is overcooked though, hard to cut and salty! If there are some other choices available, I would prefer not to do our lunch in Gucci Cafe anymore! It's a terrible experience! read more

Not bad for a restaurant in a mall. Service was excellent from the moment they dished up my spaghetti by twirling each small bunch of pasta.

After reading the reviews here went there for lunch. The gnocchi were too salty, the rice was al dante, the broccoli was plain and the coliflower was okay. All in all was a big disappointment at 20 euro. read more

For an in-house cafe, this place was really good. First it had a good selection to choose from ... sandwiches to pasta to fruit to desserts. It was self service so the food was already made. Even though it's cafeteria style, it didn't taste or feel cheap. There's a nice view of the neighboring hillsides. Glad we went there today. I had the pastrami sandwich which was good. My 11 year old son had the pasta and he said it was "yumminess" (which means delicious). My wife had the meatballs and enjoyed every bite. read more

Located on top of the biggest Gucci store in the world (yes it's the one at The Mall apparently), the cafe is quite nice, offers a variety of food and despite the name is not priced as a luxury item. Food is ok, nothing special but it's a good place to stop at for a quick bite! read more

I was pleasantly surprised by the Gucci Cafe at The Mall. While the Gucci store itself is, in my opinion, totally missable, the cafe is pretty good food for a pretty good price. This level of "pretty good" is surprising because it really seems like a perfect scenario for subpar food at $40 a pop. Also, you can get into the cafe separately from the Gucci store, so you don't have to wait in that painful line. read more
