Given how much other people charge to come to your house in CT, we also found his fee quite reasonable. He was calm and funny, even as we were freaking out. The next day he did a thorough house inspection, which gratefully revealed no nesting bats. He advised us on steps to more thoroughly bat-proof our house going forward. We found that he lived up to his motto--"servicing the needs of our residents and wildlife with compassion and respect." Our family can't recommend him highly enough.

Every year we would report bats in the home and they would come out again and again to seal access points and remove bats from inside. This time we called WhisperingEagle and talked to Jeff who came out the next morning. After a full inspection, Jeff advised us of recommended next steps and removed a dead bat from our roof. Jeff came back the following day and sealed up an access point which was previously inefficiently sealed by other local pest company, reinforced the area and also removed four white faced hornets nests and an enormous Queen. Jeff was professional, courteous, understanding and efficient. I have every confidence that we will not be seeing any more bats and I'm so relieved. I would definitely recommend WhisperingEagle, LLC.

We didn't see ANY bugs in our house (except stink bugs which are hard to rid) for over a year!! No spiders, ants, nothing This year when it was time to spray again, Pest Control 2000 gave me a call that they were in the area and would stop by. I told them I was on vacation but that my father in law would open the house for them and they left an invoice on the counter. Easy peasy. Love that there are NO BUGS in my house!

He was the first to respond and I let him go ahead and replace the air handler blower and add Freon for about $2000. The original blower was a Lennox. He replaced it with an ECM variable speed blower and he gave me no warranty. He just said "call me and I'll take care of you." The system failed within 10 days and I called him repeatedly with no response. Finally, I used my wife's cell phone and he picked up. He came and jump-started the system and charged me $261 for what should have been a free follow-up. So today 5-18-26 the blower was unresponsive the first time I used it this year. It did not last even 2 years. I called him to ask about a possible warranty but got no response. I ended up calling another contractor who installed a non-variable speed blower which came with a 4-year warranty and cost less than half the price to install. This kind is a way better option but for some reason Troy did not offer me the option.

I tried doing it myself using a spray bottle with 1/2 water & 1/2 dish soap to be as environmentally safe as possible and then once soaked, I used a broom handle in my attempt to knock it down (I was behind the screen door). Huge mistake, didn't work and just made them rebuild it larger in 1 1/2 days! Luckily for us, this company was recommended and they did not disappoint! Dealt with Mickey who set up the appt right away after explaining the situation. Joe Jr was our hero to the rescue! He was on time, had everything he needed, suited up and got right to work! Sprayed the nest, tore the nest down & bagged it, then sprayed some more so they wouldn't come back again and it's been over a week being hornets nest free! Joe let me take a video while he was wrangling this nest down which was very cool & family members loved it. I highly recommend this company for any & all pest issues! They are definitely the best!! Thanks again Mickey & Joe Jr! It's been a pleasure dealing with you both and will definitely use your services again when/if needed!
