After four attempts with different dogs, they brought out another dog, and I was finally able to walk two dogs side by side. We then decided to bring her home! It's been so wonderful to have this new dog. We renamed her "Maya," and she is the best dog! I didn't know a dog could be this good until we got Maya! We never understood why she was at the sanctuary. Working with Amy was great. She was responsive. I think there were only three people working and overseeing over 100 dogs. These people have a heart of angels. They truly care about the dogs. I remember seeing a woman with a bite mark on her arm. We will definitely consider adopting with you again! Keep up the great work! Not sure why people would give this place a bad review when the workers probably don't get paid enough and doing it because they truly care for the doggies.

Some dogs are in actual houses living in groups like a big canine family. A few are able to safely roam around, greet visitors, and check on other dogs. Working with Amy was a wonderful experience. She supported us with driving directions through Willits and wilderness roads leading to the Sanctuary. Once there, we felt very welcomed by Amy and the support staff. Shortly after, we were able to meet Bogie and provided with guidance and time to become acquainted with each other. The adoption process, from completing the online application to the actual signing and placing Bogie in the car, was easy and smooth. The fees were very reasonable and it was great to have all of Bogie's up to date shots. I appreciated the gift of the harness, leash, and pet store coupon. Yes, I'd definitively consider adopting from Milo again. It was a 3 hour long drive for us but totally worth for the experience of adopting Bogie and bringing him home.

Cheyanne didn't care about her feet at all, but she didn't care for the grinder for her front side claws.... But she was very patient and she got out of the van and had her tongue out and looks like she was smiling. We went to Grocery Outlet and got a bag of duck jerky (awesome-only 3 ingredients.... But do not buy the chicken jerky off the internet) !!!! Then we went and ran at Costco field and she was showing off to her friends that she got her nails trimmed. Yes you can go somewhere else and do it yourself shampoo..... but it is a lot of work !!! Pooch's Pawlor does the shampoo and a trim... included. I think I will only give Cheyanne about (2) baths a year.... I don't think it is very healthy to do it unless a situation comes up. Please support this business. (I have gone to another business here in Ukiah..... I would not recommend taking there at all). A person that has stole my car-or that smashed my windshield....
