The lecture portion of the course was very informative and did not seem nearly as long and dreadful as it could have been considering that it was an all-day course. These instructors seem to have a true passion for what they do and will take the time to ensure that you are comfortable with not only handling a firearm, but also that you are knowledgeable about the legal aspects of owning one. They also offer private lessons and various skills classes including cleaning the firearm, tactical, basic shooting, etc. The range location that I attended was in Concord and it is an outdoor set-up. The set-up is very basic, but more important is the hands-on instruction that is provided. Even though I brought my own firearm on both occasions that I have gone, they offered to give me a brief rundown of the mechanics of my gun. During my actual range time they were helpful in providing tips to improve my accuracy and for handling the firearm. I certainly look forward to setting up a small group for private lessons here in the near future.

This was super clutch because I never would have tried the one she suggested. And I loved it!! This is such a cool day out with anyone really. I enjoy coming to this range.

The one issue that I had with this business is the noise volume In the shooting range when people are shooting automatic weapons. The sound is nearly deafening! It really hindered my focus and concentration. Let me break this place down to you--great proximity to the Charlotte region. Nestled away, I was able to find this hidden gem easily. I felt safe from the moment I entered the door. There are no issues with parking; they have a large and well-maintained parking lot. They offer a wide selection of firearms for rent at a fair price for your use. This wasn't an issue for me; I brought my own guns. The staff were excellent - a young gentleman and a lovely young woman were working on the Sunday afternoon I visited. Both staff members could not have been more knowledgeable, helpful, and pleasant. Everyone had a great attitude, which was incredibly refreshing. I felt extremely safe. I hope this review doesn't attract the typical losers I've met at other rangers near CLT. Fellow range users were very friendly and showed an interest in getting to know me. Price was right! - I would consider the membership; it's just that my schedule can be a little erratic. Would definitely return. Once again, I want to stress how pleased I was with the level of safety and the quality of the facilities.
