NOW I AM FINDING OUT THAT IT IS NOT KILN DRIED!!! After having to run my wood stove wide open just to get a lot of the wood to burn at all I started checking the moisture after splitting it. I am seeing between 23% to 30%, 43% all the way up to 63% moisture. This wood is suppose to be KILN DRIED!!! Customer service is non-existent!! SAVE YOUR MONEY and BUY YOUR WOOD FROM SOMEONE ELSE!

I don't do this often but wanted to offer a review of my experience with the kiln dried firewood…read more Tomorrow I'll be grabbing my 4th cord, yea we have a 1790's colonial....we have great air circulation I ways pickup my own wood so I cannot comment on the delivery service but as far as customer service these guys have always been top notch. Each time I've been there I'm usually pushing the envelope and right at the cut off...you know life, kids, farm, etc... and each time there is absolutely no issues from the guys in the shop to walk away from their projects and help me out. Always an easy conversation and prompt service. As far as the product, I couldn't be happier. The amount is true if not a little extra, fairly priced, dry and burns as it should. I've used other sources over the years and there were always concerns. To date the wood I've gotten here has been exactly as expected. I'm not local either I drive about 45min each way because in my opinion it's absolutely worth it. I usually have the pleasure of speaking with Christine on the phone who even answered on the weekend and her birthday. On site it's usually been Randy who as stated before has no issues leaving his current project to get me loaded and on the road in a prompt manner. While it may not be in my best interest to increase traffic at my wood source I would highly suggest you give them a try if you haven't already.
