I had my car three months when someone backed into it in a store parking lot. I found Dedicated…read moreonline and due to all of the reviews I took my car there for repair. I gave them my car on November 11. They kept it for 35 days. I go to pick it up on December 16 and before I could even look it over Danny was only worried about me signing the insurance check and writing a Google review. He wanted me to do the Google review as I was standing there in front of him. I told him I would later. I walk out to look at my car and before I could even look it over he was out the door and closed up and gone. The body repair and paint looked fine, but I noticed the emblems that go on the back of the car were not on it. I got in it and when I put it in reverse there was a big blur spot on my backup camera. I contacted him by text the next morning. He said he would get the emblems and to bring my car in, that the smudge on my camera was likely buffing compound. Finally, on January 12 they put the emblems on and tried to buff the camera, but it did not help. They asked me to bring it back on a day that Danny was there, that he could probably make it clear. I go back at the specific time they gave me and Danny was not there as he was supposed to be and another worker tried again to buff it out. It still did not work. The worker tells me that it cannot be buffed out, they will have to get a new camera. I waited a week and on January 19 contacted him to see if the camera was in. He said he would check and get back to me. He never contacted me and on January 28 I asked again. He said still no camera. I asked again a few days later and he never bothered to answer me. On February 5 I asked him to please let me know and he told me I could bring it the next week and I told him I would be there on Monday the 9th. He told me he would work towards that, but they were behind and trying to catch up. Never a thought to the fact that I had been patient about them having my car for 35 days and was still trying to have my car repaired to the original condition for almost 3 months. It was agreed I would bring my car in on February 9 at 8:30. I get there and he asks if I am just dropping the car off because they do not have the camera yet and are hoping to get it by around noon. The lady in the office called to check on it while I was standing there and she told them on the phone that they had ordered it the week prior. They originally told me they were ordering it on January 12. This was three weeks to the day later. He never even bothered to order it until I kept asking about it. I suspect he hoped I would give up on it and they would not have to replace it. They damaged my camera while doing body repair and he did not want to make it right, but I was not giving up. It was a car less than 6 months old. So, I finally went back that afternoon at 3 and a nice older man was there to install it and it took less than 10 minutes for him to do. After 90 days my car was finally back to its original condition. This place did not make it easy or simple. The workers there I dealt with were fine. The owner, Danny, just did not want to own up to their mistake. It is interesting to note that after all that time and stress of trying to get him to repair my car he did not ask me to leave a review again for obvious reasons. So, beware in dealing with this business. If you do I hope you do not expect it to be timely.

We have been patronizing MOC since 2020 for annual inspections and tire changes for our 2016 E…read moreClass, Elbereth. This time, we needed an emissions upgrade installed as a result of a recall notice. We had one little oopsie where, when I showed up, they thought I was dropping off the car, but I had been told the service would take three hours. It is a 90-minute drive each way, and I was by myself, so that was a little precarious. They told me to wait a minute while they sorted things out, which they did to my satisfaction. They gave me a loaner (new Audi, fun!) and sent me on my way. I did need to call a week later to get an update, but I wasn't mad about it, as they had said thru would drive to us to swap the cars back. All told it took a little over a week, as they were short-staffed, but everyone was a pleasure to deal with. We dealt with Phil, Zach, and DD, and one more staff member whose name I forget. They are also honest. We asked for new tires, but they checked and said we didn't need them, instead of making the easy sale. The car was returned washed and cleaned inside and out. As you can see by the picture, they have a nice setup for customers waiting on sales and service, with coffee, sodas, and water. Bring a sweater, though, as the AC is blasting! We will continue to bring Elbereth to MOC as long as we can.

Great location! Customer service very poor especially for the amount of money you pay here. I sat and watched as I waited while several employee walked right passed me without saying a word. Not to mention I was considering upgrading to a Mercedes SUV, but I don't like spending my money where I don't feel appreciated. At least 10 to 15 employees walked passed only 3 or 4 spoke.
