They do not check for mold other than what can be seen with the eye, and they don`t know much about flat roofs. In the end we discovered the building was infested with mold and because of the contradictory report we were not covered with insurance nor could we sue the sellers. Basically the worst case scenario. Go with someone else.

Although Pareco was about 10-15% higher price than the other quotes I got I was very satisfied with their work. Even after the job was done I had water coming in from a mysterious spot but Luc himself came over and investigated the problem with me. He helped me by installing a free flash cover on my second roof and installed cap on top of the ventilation pipe that was causing the problem. In all fairness to Luc and Pareco it was not their work that caused the water infiltration, it was old pipe that was never decommissioned properly. Pareco take their work seriously and are true professional. Thank you gang!

Even though the roof was snow covered, he was able to assess the problem and propose the solution. Got a good quote from them, (among others), checked their references and hired Pareco Plus. They were not the cheapest but they were not the most expensive either. The owner had reassured me that it was not an immediate emergency job (with those emergency costs!!) We set a date, with the understanding that if there was a warm patch Pareco would accelerate the schedule to: immediately. They came when they were supposed to, without any prodding. The work was professionally done, they cleaned up when finished; they came back to complete the final steps as they said they would. There were no surprises, no hidden surcharges, no BS. Exactly what all the references I called said. I will definitely use them again, probably for renos as the roof has a 20year guarantee! Good job well done.

The technicians did their thing without showing me their work nor taking any photos to show me. It looked as though they had also repaired the crack above ground level..but all they did was smear some cement like material over the above ground crack. Now the above ground crack has returned and I am told that they don't actually repair cracks above ground. My original comment to akton injection was replied by saying that there are no leaks so the repair is successful. All along I told them that I had no way to see if there were or were not leaks..their reply was unprofessional. Basically I spent over 1,000$ with no way to know if the repair was properly done ( apparently now they take photos to leave with the clients.
