I spoke to Ashley (the receptionist) who assisted me in scheduling the service. She was very professional and thorough in explaining the options available and carefully helping me choose a plan that best suited my needs. We set up an appointment for today to do an initial inspection and spray. I also chose to have a bimonthly service set up. My appointment time was for 9:00 am, and promptly at set time the door bell rang. I was greeted by Patrick Kirtner. He was very friendly, and extremely professional. Not only in his demeanor but his dress as well (no scruffy Bob the exterminator guy here). Upon arrival, he explained in great detail the service I was going to receive not only today but what to expect for my upcoming visits. He also inquired about any possible passed issues I have had, and went into depth explaining what kind of pests can be expected in my area. He even answered all my questions on different bugs and pest that I asked about just in curiosity. Patrick seemed not only very knowledgeable, but he also seemed to take great pride in his job and the company in which he works for. Although Dodson Pest-Termite Control Service was a little more expensive than some of the quotes I received from competitors, I truly believe the added customer service I received not only from today's service, but from the moment I called, was well worth it. I definitely will be recommending Dodson Pest-Termite Control Service to my friends and coworkers.

The techs (2) came in and spent about 1 hour spraying, after I had taken several hours preparing the rooms as instructed. The guys came back and "spot sprayed" about a week after the original treatment one time as they said they would. After I reported sightings of said insect after the second week, they wrote me off as it being normal. I asked if they would come back and spot spray again, but they said the spray was too expensive. I am highly disappointed in their lack of perseverance and would caution anyone considering using this company.
