I've had my fair share of dentists and none come close to Dr. Traina. First things first, the girls at the front desk are as kind and sweet as can be. They prove that patient attention and service is not completely lost in Miami. They were so kind and attentive. Made everything so smooth and spoke kindly. My hygienist Luciana was not only kind, but super thorough and gentle! I said it...THOROUGH ANNNNDD GENTLE. Those two things are hard to find in one hygienist. She took her time to answer my questions and patiently explained things to me. She's amazing! Dr. Traina makes you feel as if you've been her patient for a lifetime. Few dentists have ever gone the extra step to ask about me about me! She gets to know her patients as people not just names on files and screens. She makes you feel so comfortable. I realized today how important that truly is. She was also very kind, patient and thorough. I am the most delighted I've ever been after a cleaning. I will recommend this place to EVERY PERSON I KNOW. This may sound dramatic but this place is a hidden gem! Lucky to have found them! I definitely found my forever dentist! Ps. Just a few examples: We received letters where we were all promised Free Whitening Kits after scheduling appointments for 2021. So after the appointments were scheduled and completed, the complementary kits were like getting a pot of gold... whereas they stated that they had run out. I called several weeks later and they said that patients had to finish their treatment prior to getting the kits (which they did)! During the last call, they were attempting to charge me bogus copayments trying to extort money and scam my dental insurance. At the end of the day then they told me that the kits were only for adults as they were running out of excuses. Please see the attached description so you can see that I am not making this up. I will never return to this place again because they are complete scammers!!

(I'm 61) I star to feel pain in this 2nd implant, went to the clinic and talked about this. then, my implant moves on two sides. (not alignment on two axis) go today and they remove everything, I'm talking about this tooth, and the screw. and NOW they decided put graft. I'm going to pass now for the same wait and physical process. I'm not a dentist but the LOGIC indicate that they forgot to put graft, initially. (the extraction has a lot of years)They prescribed me 3 diff pills for pain and infection BUT didn't tell me when and how. (every X hour, etc.) VERY disappointed and helpless. (Kendall clinic) Part2 When I returned, to put my implant again, seating on the chair with everything ready on the table (tools etc) the dentist ASK ME how I feel. I told her that I'm upset and frustrated, because I'm going to suffer again for the same process, and I believe that the implant failure was because they forgot put me graft. THEN the dentist decided to interrupt the treatment and do not put me the implant. And now after waiting months, I don't have nothing, no implant. Is this ethical? In my opinion, NO. is this abandoned? In mi opinion YES. Then, in another clinic, the dentist said that I need sinus augmentation (often called a sinus lift). Because my extractions are old. Voy a pasar otra vez por el mismo proceso y espera. No soy dentista, pero la lógica indica que al principio olvidaron ponerme el injerto. Esa pieza fue extraída hace muchos años. Las piezas extraídas hace años usualmente se pone hueso. Me recetaron tres pastillas diferentes para el dolor y la infección, pero no me dijeron cuándo ni cómo (cada X horas, etc.). Muy decepcionado e impotente. (Clínica Kendall) Parte 2 Cuando volví para ponerme el implante de nuevo, sentado en la silla con todo listo en la mesa (herramientas, etc.), el dentista me preguntó cómo me sentía. Le dije que estaba molesto y frustrado porque iba a sufrir de nuevo por el mismo proceso, y que creo que el fallo del implante se debió a que olvidaron ponerme el injerto. Entonces, el dentista decidió interrumpir el tratamiento y no ponerme el implante. Y ahora, después de meses de espera, no tengo el implante. ¿Es esto ético? En mi opinión, no. ¿Es esto abandono? I don't want the radiation from the X-rays, they don't use a shield to protect me from the radiation. There's no radiation safety for the patient here. I know it's minimal but I'm still getting a radiation dose to my face, eyes, NECk and rest of my body I just want a cleaning and go. I don't want to be here any more than necessary. So they told me they can't see me next time if I don't do the X-rays next appt. But I guess they want to cash in my insurance. Just like the other town care dental I went.
