Anthony called me back the next day, and came to look at my house that afternoon. He got back to me within another day or so with options and estimates. We quickly agreed on a price that felt reasonable and fair; it included not only a replacement, but also disposal of all the old roofing materials, and a full lifetime warranty. Today, less than two weeks after my initial call, I got my new roof. Anthony's crew showed up on time, were friendly and polite, and worked hard. They were careful about spreading tarp all around the house to catch everything that came off, and then did a very thorough job of clean up. My roof looks fantastic, and I am HUGELY relieved to know that my house is finally fully protected from the elements. I'm extremely happy with the work North East Remodeling Group did. I'll use them again the next time I need work on my house, and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Our experience with previous Contractor's has not been good , so of course we were cautious when we contacted Meiso back in April. He strung us along for almost three months by not committing to a start date. When he did finally give us a start date, he wanted us to hold less money on the back end, than what is required (10 -15 % hold money). When I offered to meet him half way, so we can feel comfortable that he would be back to finish the work. The owner stated that ..."he is not feeling this project and best of luck" then ghosted me. Every homeowner knows how hard it is to find a good contractor, but impossible to find one during the summer season. So getting our dormer/ roof fixed, repairing our back porch and remodeling our shower stall will all have to be on hold.
