He was extremely accommodating towards me in a multitude of ways. Number one, I had to move the time around a couple of times because several changes in my calendar, he was very understanding and flexible. Number two, Emmanuel is an extremely trustworthy person. When he cleaned our apartment, we were out of the country, and when we came back we found the place better than we had left it. We also entrusted him with our key while we were away. If you want to support a hard working business and individual don't second guess going with Emmanuel and his cleaning team.

My cleaners were Joselyn and Lizhet, both very sweet and extremely thorough. They left my apartment sparkling. My issue is mostly with the communication. The cleaners arrived on-time, but the truck with all their tools/supplies didn't arrive until ~45 min after the scheduled time. The person who delivered the supplies seemed like the supervisor or manager, but there was a language barrier and I ended up having to translate for them. Not a huge deal in the grand scheme of things just seemed a little disorganized. Also, I've reached out a couple times to try to schedule a second cleaning, but have yet to hear back. Not sure if they are still in business or not.

One star is too much for these people…read more TLDR; Atrocious service. Do yourself a favor and get your place cleaned by someone else. Long story: Absolutely pathetic experience with Ricky Simm's cleaning service. Scheduled a cleaning service for 10:30 AM and the cleaner shows up at 11:15 AM because he wanted to grab a bite at Burger King. Asked him a couple of questions about additional rates, guy goes out to talk to his boss and takes off to the next job without telling me. Called the boss and the boss starts yelling at me for asking additional questions to the cleaner and claims that the cleaner was waiting at the door for half an hour. Finally calms down enough to hear me out and then accepts that his cleaner is at fault for lying to the both of us, and then promises to send the cleaners again at 5 PM. 5 PM became 6 and then 7 and finally at 8:30, he stops responding to my calls and cuts my calls off. Wasted an entire day because of these unprofessional folks. I have gotten my place cleaned by several cleaners in the past but never had such a poor experience as I have had with Ricky Simm's. I highly recommend you to look elsewhere instead of wasting your time and energy with these folks.
