The interaction appeared to be positive, and upon concluding the appointment, the owner stated that she would follow up with an estimate within a few weeks. However, nearly two months passed without any communication. My daughter then followed up via email, but unfortunately, she never received a response. If the owner was unable--or unwilling--to provide the service, a simple communication to that effect would have been appropriate. Failing to respond at all was disappointing and reflects a lack of professionalism. A brief email would have sufficed.
