I understand why I never see cars there now and why the parking lot was empty when I pulled in. Despite being a fairly large size building, there was next to nothing inside. There was one single vase of flowers inside 2 giant coolers upon entering and then buckets and buckets outside of the coolers of just greenery and filler. When asked if I could buy a single flower stem the employee said yes and asked if something caught my eye. I looked all around confused. Where are the flowers at to know if something catches my eye? She was not friendly (basically a smart ass) and clearly not interested in making a sale. I have to wonder if this is even a real business or just a front for other activities? Or maybe the secret is to order over the phone and not physically enter the store. It is not good as an in-person location at all. read more

My daughter scheduled an appointment with the owner to receive a floral estimate for her upcoming wedding. I accompanied my daughter and her fiancé to the meeting. The interaction appeared to be positive, and upon concluding the appointment, the owner stated that she would follow up with an estimate within a few weeks. However, nearly two months passed without any communication. My daughter then followed up via email, but unfortunately, she never received a response. If the owner was unable--or unwilling--to provide the service, a simple communication to that effect would have been appropriate. Failing to respond at all was disappointing and reflects a lack of professionalism. A brief email would have sufficed. read more

I had Vicki's Florist do my wedding in October, and WOW. We went here after having a horrible experience with a different florist across town. I had 6 bridesmaid bouquets, 6 groomsmen and 2 father boutonnières, 3 corsages for mother's and grandmother, two large alter arrangements, and my large cascading bouquet. She came to 3 separate locations to drop off flowers the morning of, and everything was beautiful, fresh, and completely exceeded my expectations. I could not believe that the price of the flowers was HALF of what I was quoted at other local florists. So kind and understanding especially in the midst of changing dates due to covid. I would 100% recommend Vicki's Florist to anyone looking for event flowers THANK YOU SO MUCH!! read more

the two times I had gone there the owner was very pleasant, and did a great job on the simple vase of carnations and baby's breath I had bought there. Once I had bought for the ladies at D'Lite's Cafe (great place) and the other time was for a female friend of mine who was sick! Price was right, service was great! Definitely going again...actually heading there today for some flowers for Julia Laura who is the owner of LaJo's Italian Store (best homemade italian sausage!!!). Sadly at 92 years old she is at Garvey Manor. read more
