My wife went in to purchase a vape and had our 4-year-old son with her. While she was checking out, our son was quietly looking at the candy near the counter. An employee named Andrew suddenly yelled at our son without provocation. When my wife politely asked him not to speak to our child that way, he escalated the situation by telling her to leave and said, "There's the door," in front of other customers. It was completely unnecessary and deeply embarrassing. My wife left the store shaken, and our son was visibly upset. We've emailed the CEO and corporate office and are thinking about emailing the BBB to make sure this matter is resolved. Until then, we will absolutely be taking our business elsewhere.

Lots…read moreof cool CDs and got a nice Jean jacket there too, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. I really recommend, it's a nice place, and the coolest shop I've been to around here by far. Only complaint is that I wish that it had more stock. (I forgot to mention, but there's also collectible toys and comics there. Also, there aren't many clothes. For that I recommend twice upon a time).
