The tech couldn't even use the buttons to navigate thru the menu on the machine so she put an out of order sign on it ... That's when I reminded them that malfunction voids all pays and pays and I wanted my money back because the machine should have been out order because it was not 100% functional ... The manager said that wouldn't be possible and I said yes it is very possible and it is illegal to have a machine operating on the floor that isn't 100% operational and I reminded him that these were their rules... They went to the office and 10 minutes later while I'm waiting my friend to leave they come and take to the cashier's and give me back every dime I spent from time I walked into the place ... Then I was told I was not welcome at their casino anymore ... It's a trick of the casinos to take as long as possible to respond to a complaint because people have no patience to wait ... My little ordeal took three hours of waiting for the slot manager and then the tech and then the casino manager but I waited them out most people won't and they know that so they use it . Just like shutting down all the ATMs at the same so customers have to wait in line to cash out ... They know most people won't wait and continue to gamble ... These are practices that would get a casino in a state with real gaming commission heavily or shut down if it was continued... But not in Oklahoma ..

Fridge did not work and stunk the entire room when opened. One ice machine down so we had to go to the furthest side of the 1-star motel to get ice. Bus transport to the casino is not available all night, so you have to leave immediately after bar close to make it to the motel via provided transport. SAVE $$$ and book a low star motel.
