How does google have them rated at 5 stars?!
Multiple scheduling lapses.
We had a project that was supposed
To be finished before our vacation.
Didn't happen because the office dropped the ball.
Then, later:
The project manager receives confirmation phone calls, then "doesn't remember" they are made. My husband took off work to be at the house and we called in the am to confirm to learn that they had not intention of coming that day. Maddening.
I have the phone records showing multiple
Phone calls from me to confirm with her, but as a paying customer, I shouldn't have to be so defensive or feel the need to "prove" anything.
I informed the project manager that I was very irritated and If she's so forgetful then maybe she needs to write things down and be more professional-
That was when she hung up on me.
The owner called me back.
I said your employee hung up on me. He just replied
"Yes, she did" as though interacting with paying customer is somehow acceptable.
He wasn't interested in hearing from me and after our interaction, I'm not even clear why he chose
to call back anyway.
She then called my husband and blamed the whole thing on me in a voice mail, but then admitted "things in the office have been very hectic-if you'd like to call me back, I can share some of that with you."
How is the fact that the office being a mess
The problem of the customer?
As it was a small project and they already got paid for a previous part of this project, they didn't seem interested in continuing a working relationship, and frankly, I don't want them in my house again.
The contractors do good work, when and IF they show up without personal excuses.
But the office manager doesn't show up until 11am so trying to make phone calls to set things up early is a bust, anyway. read more
