When he called, he asked me how much they were charging and when I told him, he told me they were barely paying him anything. I agreed to cancel the booking and pay him directly for a lesser amount. He came and did a horrible job. It didn't look good at all. As he was working, my instincts were telling me it wasn't going well. He didn't know to do the most basic things, but I figured I wasn't going to pay him until the work was complete, so whatever. When he was done, there were wrinkles all over the pool. He said once the water filled up, those would flatten. I told him I would pay him half then and half when I could tell the work was good. He insisted that I pay him then, said if I wasn't happy, he would come back until I was. I stupidly paid him. Not only did the wrinkles not go away, there are at least two leaks and the liner ripped in three places. I took pictures and video to a pool store and they told me whoever did the work obviously didn't know what they were doing and suggested I take him to small claims court. I couldn't get him to come back. I couldn't even get him to return my text. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY!
