That would have been fine, if it had happened. However, all of our communication happened via Yelp, and I never provided them with a phone number (nor did they ask for one), only the address of the property (which has been redacted in the pictures). And when I checked my phone records there were no calls placed to my phone from the business line listed, nor did they provide me with an alternate number they had called from.

Most of the bids were flat rate for interstate moves, even though both towns were right on the border of each state and most bids were approximately $1,200. One company even bid three moving men for this trip. I clearly understand when families move their entire home and all belongings, one may need more movers and time for this process. This furniture had no sentimental value and was not worth $1,200; I simply wanted to utilize something I already had as I do not like to shop. TJ's Services arrived for the pickup and delivered on time. They were very courteous and did a very nice job. I would not hesitate to contact them again if I had any other moving needs.

To respond to John E's most recent comments dated 04/22/2023 (which is quite a lot more than any…read moreprior communication I've received from John): (1) As anyone who has tried to hire service "professionals" to do work at a residence has experienced, lack of communication is rampant. It's not a "me" problem. But I am tired of chasing folks who I want to PAY to do work. And unfortunately, it's pretty easy and convenient to claim "miscommunication" when confronted with actual evidence that there was, in fact, no communication from your side from May 31, 2022 until March 2023 when you responded to my original review (which response has now disappeared). (2) Yup, grass was long. Several weeks had been missed due to rain. As a pro tip: grass continues to grow when left uncut. If you recall my original review, I said you did a great job the ONE time you came out. I've only downgraded since then due this inane back and forth where you are trying to discredit my honest review. Perhaps you should have stopped while you were ahead. (3) I sure did block you from sending me direct messages on this platform after you abused that privilege by threatening me via DM. That doesn't in any way excuse your lack of communication previously since that block only occurred a few weeks ago, and almost a year after you ghosted me on lawn service. I wish you good luck going forward, and hopefully you've resolved that spam folder issue on your phone so you're not missing texts and voicemails from potential and current customers.

I keep calling and texting, finally I hear will be there next week, I said out of town, want to be there can you do later. I say want to make sure no issue with irrigation . He says no, only chance next week. Also says had no idea I wanted to be there or maybe irrigation issue. I told would take responsibility for any irrigation issue. Then get a bunch of texts trying to blame me. Maybe okay for mowing, but anything else good luck. Not reliable. Too bad as seems like nice guy.
