When I arrived the foreman was unaware of one tree that was supposed to be trimmed and another that was supposed to be removed... it wasn't. Brian claims that the tree was to be removed only, "if", they had time. I certainly wouldn't make a financial ($$$$) agreement on an "If". Also, he said he would charge me a days rate vs. per tree. Well, I assumed a day started between 8:00 - 9:00 AM. The crew showed up at 10:00. I imagine if they were there by 9:00, they would have had time (even though the foreman had no idea ) to remove the tree in question. Lastly, all wood was to be removed, I have two stacked piles left in the woods. Plenty of other honest tree services available. P.S. The foreman (Reiner) and crew were skillful and pleasant.

The crew showed up on weekdays as requested and they were fast, really fast, maybe too fast. Over this past summer they broke off a chunk of a hardscape wall, knocked over a cement bench, ran into our address boulder, damaged shrubs and weekly tore up patches of the lawn. Accidents happen but this was consistent damage and reporting the incidences had minimal, shorted lived effect. The final straw came when they weed whacked two clearly tended and mulched flower beds totally obliterating 10-12 perennials. Their lawn service was the worst I've had.
