Also it's easy access with free parking and only 10 mins from the town centre located next to the Aquarium in Salthill, overlooking the prom. For food, they tick all the boxes for cafe food; sandwiches, wraps, salads, soup, breakfast (fry ups, muesli, oatmeal, scramble eggs etc. ), all under €10. There's also a few desserts which change everyday, usually cakes, brownies, cupcakes, cookies etc. They also have kids menu with each thing costing only 2.50, but it's quite limited. The service is average, nothing particularly fantastic or anything. The inside of the cafe is pretty spacious with lots of tables, and it's really bright near the windows, but kind of dark on the back half of the cafe. On a good day, the outdoor seating is pretty nice too. Coffee is great!! Arabica is one of the two best places in Galway for coffee, the other being Mocha Beans in my opinion. You can have it soya for 50 cent extra, or add syrup for and extra 20 cent. This Arabica was also probably about the only cafe open on Boxing Day in the whole city!!

The menu looks great so I decided to have brunch even though I already had breakfast. I got a latte, strawberry pancakes and a raisin scone. You order at the counter and they will bring the food to your table. I'm normally not a pancake person, but when I saw other customers eating it I was craving some all of a sudden. They were fluffy and scrumptious. The scone was a tad try but not bad with the butter it came with. The hot latte was perfect on that one cold day we visited. If only I hadn't already had breakfast, I think I would have ordered even more food.

I visited along with my friend for lunch, and we ordered the Cajun chicken Panini, gourmet chicken panini and a bowl of soup with a side of bread/butter. Each of the paninis were cooked to perfection -- you could literally taste the flavor of everything in each one. The Cajun was the perfect blend of chicken and cheese. The gourmet was an incredible mix of sweet and salty. Seriously could not recommend these more...so so impressed. We were so hungry, that I never got a chance to take a photo of the food - ha! I also ordered the soup of the day which came with their homemade bread -- truly incredible. I'm still raving about this and am so glad it was recommended. A MUST stop in Galway!
