There's never a wait time as there is an obvious belief that the patient's time is just as valuable as the staffs'. The care and professionalism is top notch. Dr De La Rosa explains everything and patients are totally listened to and considered at each part of the dental plan in order to achieve a more beautiful smile. There is genuine concern for patients. I have even been called unsolicited after their work hours just to check and see how I was doing after a procedure. Dr De La Rosa really seems to enjoy her patients and spends time getting to know them. Those who work there from Gianna her assistant, to Jolie her awesome hygienist, to Crystal the office manager all seem so helpful and happy. The friendly receptionists went above and beyond to squeeze me in for an X-ray and exam on short notice. The good doctor carefully cleaned out the problem, prescribed an antibiotic and a mouth rinse, and immediately gave me relief. Thanks to his skill and compassion, I can now relax and focus on practicing my saxophone scales instead of worrying about tooth pain! What really stood out was how attentive and caring everyone was--from the front desk to the exam chair. It reminded me that when I come in for a routine cleaning, if I have to wait a few extra minutes, I'll remember it's because someone else might be in pain, and that compassion is exactly what makes this office so special. The dentist is extremely unpleasant and rude…read more My family avoids fluoride due to its confirmed toxicity and harmful effects on a developing child's nervous system. While studies have clearly demonstrated its risks, none have definitively proven its effectiveness in preventing cavities. Because of this, we do not use fluoride and have opted out of fluoride treatments at the end of dental cleanings. This preference is noted in the system. However, the doctor was clearly displeased with our decision. Ever since I marked this in the system, he has treated my family--and especially me--with utter contempt. When I left his office, he shot me a cold, piercing glare filled with disdain. That moment solidified my decision: I promised myself and my children that we would never go back. Unfortunately, my child developed a cavity, and in an effort to address it as quickly as possible, I decided--against my better judgment--to return to this dentist rather than waste time searching for a new provider. That was a mistake. The appointment turned out to be one of the worst experiences I have ever had. The doctor was openly condescending and unkind. He responded to my questions with the shortest possible answers--one or two words at most. After administering anesthesia to my child, instead of engaging in the usual small talk to ease the patient's anxiety (such as asking about school, pets, or summer plans), he simply sat there in complete silence, his head down, waiting for the anesthesia to take effect. His front-desk staff adopted the same hostile attitude. When I casually commented on how much I liked their potted cacti in tooth-shaped planters, the receptionist looked at me, said nothing, and just smirked. Even my child noticed the uncomfortable atmosphere. When I told her that we would never return, she replied, "Mom, but you said the same thing last time." This time, I mean it. I do not recommend this dental office. The doctor is more focused on maximizing profits than on patient care. His goal is to push as many procedures as possible to extract the maximum amount of money from your insurance. When I asked about a dark spot on my child's tooth, he dismissed it as a mere stain. When I suggested that the enamel might already be compromised, allowing debris and plaque to accumulate, he disagreed but then added, "If it bothers you, I can clean it." I declined because I understood that "cleaning" the spot would require disrupting the enamel. Instead of clarifying whether I was correct, he simply repeated his offer: "If it bothers you, I can remove it." Of course, this would have been billed as an additional procedure to my insurance. This dentist is rude, dismissive, and solely focused on profit. I will not make the mistake of returning again.

After getting her veneers, for about two to three weeks, she had extreme uncomfort, and was bleeding for months from her gums post surgery, which is not supposed to happen. Shortly thereafter, we takeoff overseas for said family members wedding, and a few days in, two teeth fall from their placement in her mouth, for absolutely no reason. My mother proceeded to contact his office, to which he began texting my mother; he advocated she go to another dentist. This proved to be extremely arduous due to a multitude of reasons, in a land we did not speak the language. The doctor, in this foreign land, was amazed of the butcher-job performed that Doctor Ferrari passed off as "veneers". In fact; my mothers exact text was: "I am in Dubai and this just fell off Tmw is my sons wedding I am so upset and stressed What should I do" Doctor Ferrari texted saying: "Sorry to hear that. The cement was a new tube I'll call the supplier and tell them. Please call Kathy to schedule an appointment or I can re-cement it today. Let's discuss your options when you come in." This was when we left the airport, coming back home. The gap between the veneers widened, and my mothers migraines and headaches worsened. My mother asked the doctor about this, and to her avail he responded saying: "Gap is because veneer came off and needs to be re cemented. Sorry your not feeling well". My mother is a survivor of an aneurysm and has pre-disposed neurological issues. He advocated taking Advil or Tylenol, without understanding her medical conditions and issues. After all of this, going back and forth to the Doc's office, numerous times, with my mother, he made her a night guard and recommended grinding her teeth further so that he can attempt to re-butcher her teeth. Countless times of coming to the office of not having the proper equipment, Doctor Ferrari continued to disappoint. Doctor Ferrari and his staff are unprofessional, lackluster, have zero empathy, and should have his license provoked for malpractice. He runs a shop that is a scam, and I wouldn't advocate anyone to go, let alone their loved ones. After requesting for him to fix it several times over, he failed to perform a procedure successfully, caused extreme duress, and lacked the hospitality and empathy you'd expect from a doctor. Stay away--run far away from this practice.
