Towards the end of the night things escalated when my wife made a final request and I attempted to intervene to help her get one of her favorite songs played... which should not be so difficult on her wedding night?? The result was I ended up in a screaming match with the MC as he attempted to refuse the song. This song had no vulgarities or anything else about it that could be seen as offensive. The level of disrespect was unbelievable. Shortly after the altercation, the party came to an abrupt end and everybody filed out. Something absolute can't be compared to others. It's the gold standard and should be treated as…read moresuch. I'd go almost so far as to say that about Absolute Entertainment. The DJ portion of their entertaining came pretty close to absolute level for my wife and I on our recent wedding day. Things started way before the wedding with the fact that Absolute was a preferred vendor to our venue and so we gave them a shot to start the DJ searching process. Well after meeting with Matty, we were sold. I don't know if it was his energy, friendliness, truthfulness, or the fact that he reminded us of Ryan Reynolds, but something clicked and we signed on the dotted line that day. This contract included their new mirror photo booth along with a custom rustic DJ booth that was specific for our venue (how cool is that!?). Now I mention the photo booth because that'll come back into play in a bit, but first let's jump into the lead up before the wedding and the big day itself. Absolute did a great job in contacting us prior to the wedding and making sure they had all of our information correct as well as the music choices we wanted. We also got a call from Matty (who happened to be our MC for the wedding) and he ran through all of our info again. They definitely did a thorough job of preparing. On the day of the wedding, the entire ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception was awesome with Matty and Cliff (the DJ). The music choices that we wanted were played throughout the wedding and all of our must-plays were heard. Yeah maybe here and there we had a song pop up we didn't love, but nobody's perfect. Well, Matty's ability to get people on the dance floor and pump everyone up was pretty close to perfect. He was definitely a highlight of our vendors and something we'll positively remember. Now I haven't mentioned the photo booth because we ended up removing it from our contract. The pictures of their mirror photo booth on Absolute's website didn't match up with the one they were showing on social media posts. Both were nice, but it didn't really fit into our theme/style. A small annoyance in the grand scheme of things, though it also took a little time to hear back from them via email in order to get the photo booth removed. Another minor snafu, but in the entirety of everything, I'd still stick with Absolute and the five stars I threw on this review. Overall, Absolute Entertainment is legit in their ability to bring the party and make your day feel special. Their DJs listen to your music preferences and the MCs are fantastic at making your event that much more enjoyable and fun. Perhaps some side pieces aren't perfect, but in the realm of performance and music, Absolute is pretty darn absolute.

The entire team's warmth and support made me feel safe and comfortable, allowing me to truly enjoy every moment. I feel so passionate about this because getting married is such a vulnerable time. It speaks volumes that I felt so safe and comfortable during a vulnerable moment such as this one. The photo team deserves such a praise for how they treat their brides. I especially want to highlight BoyWonder and his team, whose kindness and positive attitude shone throughout the day. The team ( boywonder, Michael, jordan, andrey, and john) approached every moment with genuine enthusiasm and care, helping me feel at ease in front of the camera. Their supportive demeanor made it so much easier to relax and capture the essence of the day beautifully. Despite my crazy family dynamics they managed to get me through it all and keep the smile on my face. They helped me with everything: hair, makeup, gown, veil, anxiety, and truly they were an ear to listen. I am not one to have so many people cater to me but they were genuinely happy to do so. Every bride deserves to feel this way. Additionally, the music was absolutely perfect. I cannot emphasize enough how amazing the music was throughout the day. The DJ team curated a perfect playlist that captured the essence of our celebration, seamlessly blending our favorite songs that got everyone on the dance floor. Steve and Nick's ability to read the room and adjust the music to ensure that the energy was always high, and that our guests were having a great time blew Michael and I away. Not only did they keep the party alive, but they also treated every moment with the care and attention it deserved. Their professionalism and expertise were evident. The music truly enhanced the atmosphere, making our wedding an unforgettable experience. I could not have picked a better photo and music team . Lasltly, Christina and Leana were a major help in all of this. They organized meetings and lists of what i needed to do before the wedding. They emailed and checked in on me frequently. This was nice because it was evident they care about their clients/ customers. If youre thinking about hiring studio 27.. DO IT!!

Absolutely disgusting staff and customer service! Stay away at all cost!…read more While attending an all age event that commissioned Above All Entertainment to take photographs, my wife and I attempted to get our photograph taken (a service we paid in advance for). We were told with extreme rudeness that we missed a cutoff time (understandable, but the way we were spoken to was completely unacceptable) and that we would not be refunded. When I asked if I could at least take a photo with the event's backdrop (which they do not own) with my own phone, the co-owner, Melissa, met me with extreme rudeness. Her colleague, Shimmy, then spewed prejudice, racist comments, curses and threatened to physically assault me. The event coordinator and security ended up intervening on my behalf to address the staff. What was otherwise a perfect event was completely ruined for myself and my entire party that I attended with (including my wife who left the event in tears). This was an absolutely horrendous experience. I urge anyone who is considering this company for any event to stay away at all cost!
