(I didn't call before just walking in). Linda took one look at him and exclaimed "A Coton!" I asked if they would groom him & they said no problem. When I picked him up after he was done I was amazed! He looked beautiful, like a show dog! I will be making appointments for my Coton with the Scavello Sisters for future, regular grooming needs. They listened to how I wanted him groomed, but I never expected the beautiful result! Looking for a competent groomer, I recommend the Scavello Sisters.

One side of his backside is noticeably longer than the other. Worst of all - there are patches on his back where the groomer got too aggressive with the trimmer (you can see his skin). It's so bad and looks like a 6 year old was playing with a trimmer. I notified the business but they never responded. If you want a consistent, decent looking groom for your dog, you might want to look elsewhere.

Moxie has special needs (a form of epilepsy) and very little experience staying in a kennel, so I was deeply concerned not only for her health, but also for how she would handle the stress of a new environment. I checked in twice while I was away, just to make sure everything was okay. Each time, the staff reassured me with such genuine warmth and kindness. It was immediately clear how much they cared about her--they spoke about Moxie like she was their own. I was so touched to learn that they were taking her out for extra one-on-one time and giving her special attention beyond the standard routine. When I picked her up, I was honestly amazed. She was happy, playful, and--somehow--even healthier than when I dropped her off. I had prepared special meals and treats for her, and they followed everything carefully and thoughtfully. (They also offer the option to use their food, which is great for flexibility.) The facility itself is incredibly clean, and the staff are not only professional but truly compassionate animal lovers. It's clear they spent a tremendous amount of time monitoring her, caring for her needs, and making sure she was comfortable and safe. It's now been over 24 hours since I brought her home, and I genuinely feel like she is an even happier, healthier dog after her stay--which is something I never expected. I had worried I might come home to a stressed dog who refused to eat or had experienced a seizure. Instead, I found the exact opposite. I highly, highly recommend Scott's Kennels. They gave me complete peace of mind, and I now know that if I ever need to travel again, Moxie will be in the best possible hands.

Not cool - what process controls? Next and what had me walk out today - advertisements of buy 3 get the 4th free. I lost count of the times there is no 4th item. Today Greenies large size - $59 item - is listed as buy 3 get 4th free. Again no 4th. I asked at checkout but was told "just what is out there". I asked then if I could simply get a rain check. The young woman at check out was very nice and replied no problem - just called manager to confirm - no surprise she was told there are no rain checks. That was it. Good bye PetSmart. We have an older Shih Tzu with health issues who really needed to be groomed, Jessica took good care of him and he came home happy and relaxed. That's when we decided to take the rest of our zoo ( 3 rescues who had horrible lives prior to joining our pack). They too came home looking amazing! They were also very relaxed as well. The true sign for me - texting pictures to my friend and getting back a positive message that "the kids look good, happy you found her!" The entire concept of this business makes me feel comfortable!
