First of all... sad to say this but as some of you know Sam is no longer with us and he unfortunately only got groomed by Stephanie that once before he passed on. The letter I received from Stephanie after she found out about his passing was extremely heartfelt and beautiful. It will be something I will more than likely treasure for the rest of my life. To make a long story short I got Sam when I was 11... he died when I was almost 30 so losing the pup I grew up with was devastating. But on a happier note... I now have a new beautiful little girl named Tilly (who is a Bichon/Shihtzu Mix aka a Teddy Bear). The first time walking in without Tilly was nothing but amazing. When my mom and I walked in Stephanie immediately recognized us and said something to the effect of "Oh my God! How are you guys?! Did you get a puppy?!" Anyway... the first visit with Tilly was to get her butt buzzed and her nails cut because they were just too long. Second visit was her actual first haircut! Both my mom and I are particular and requested Stephanie do her grooming. Of course we were nervous because it was the first time we left her out of sight with a non-family member. Stephanie was nothing but fabulous! I cannot rave enough about her and her salon. So if you have a pooch that needs some grooming or a bath and you're a local you should hit up Groomerella's because Stephanie is wonderful. There is a plethora of words to describe how I feel about Stephanie and her loving caring ways. Thanks to Stephanie and her staff again. We will see you guys soon!

Zach, the manager, was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful when scheduling our appointment. He answered all of our questions and made us feel confident that Gracie would be in great hands. When we arrived, Myrna, the owner, took so much time getting to know Gracie Mae, asking about her personality, grooming history, any allergies, medical information, and exactly how we wanted her groomed. She also explained all of the wonderful services they offer and made thoughtful recommendations. You can immediately tell how much she truly loves and cares about every dog that comes through her door. Gracie Mae came out absolutely gorgeous! Her haircut is perfect, she smells amazing, and she looked so happy and comfortable when we picked her up. We couldn't stop smiling! They even put the sweetest little pink bow in her hair and a matching pink bandana around her neck, which was such a thoughtful finishing touch. Their prices are very reasonable, and they also have the cutest dresses, accessories, toys, and other goodies for your fur babies. The salon is beautiful, clean, and so welcoming. We have been searching for the right groomer since our longtime groomer left, and we are so incredibly happy to have found Ooh La La Posh Pets right here in our hometown. My family has been using the Fur Machine for Shane's grooming needs. The Fur Machine, as evidenced by their high rating average, is a reputable grooming shop that provides a sundry of services for dogs and cats. My firsthand experience with this highly reputable business took place last week when I visited my family. A couple of days short of Shane's one year anniversary, it was time to give him a haircut. He is a labradoodle that requires a lot of grooming. When we arrived at the Fur Machine, an enthusiastic staff greeted us. They seemed to adore animals. Shane seemed to pick up on this positive vibe. This visit was on a busy day. The enthusiastic woman who took in Shane promised that he would be ready in two-and-a-half hours. Keeping to her word, a newly groomed Shane was ready by the promised time. If Shane could Yelp, he would say that "The Fur Machine did a fantastic job grooming me. The before and after photos are evidence of the remarkable haircut that the Fur Machine gave me."
