I cannot speak highly enough of Lynda with Bella Mio Cat Grooming and the incredible care she…read moreprovided my 20-year-old senior cat. Grooming an older cat can be tricky and obviously risky, which can make the kitty (and kitty's mommy) very anxious of the experience. Lynda came directly to my residence to ensure the most comfortable environment for my cat. The moment she arrived, I knew we were in the best possible hands. Lynda was gentle, patient and clearly experienced. She took the time to understand my cat's needs, including her health condition, her thin and sensitive skin and she adjusted her approach quickly. She even turned peaceful purring music which calmed my cat... and me to be honest. What impressed me most was her calm, reassuring manner and how she prioritized my kitty's comfort before all else. My cat is like a new kitten, she comfortable, beautiful, soft, happy and so loving! Her coat is smooth matte and tangle-free. I had searched and searched and was turned down by all vets and groomers that I had contacted due to the age of my cat. Lynda was the only person willing to take on that risk so that my kitty could live comfortably. It's rare to find someone with exceptional grooming skills and a genuine live for animals, especially senior ones. I'm beyond grateful ad will absolutely call and refer Lynda anytime needed. I whole heartedly recommend Lynda with Bella Mio above any and all else. She's not just a groomer, she's a beautiful soul and definitely a cat whisperer!

While I do trust the staff at Mutt-Hutt, I am a little disappointed with one thing in particular.... My Bailey (75lb German Short Haired Pointer) has stayed at the Mutt Hutt on several occasions. Both for day care and several overnight stays of both short and extended lengths. The advantage of this place is the cage free environment they offer. Bailey no longer sleeps in a crate at home so we thought it would be more comfortable for him to stay at a place that would allow him to socialize freely with the other dogs and at the end of the night, sleep on the hodge podge furniture throughout this house. The last time we picked him up, the staff said Bailey isn't allowed to stay overnight anymore. Ruh Roh! Apparently he "barks" too much. Huh? I could understand if he was aggressive, but he's not. At all. High energy, yes, but he's also the kindest, most gentle soul you'd ever meet. But he barks a tad too much according to the staff. That's like saying your child can't stay at day care anymore because your kid cries or talks too much. Nothing wrong with the kid. He plays well with others and is generally fun to be around, but he makes noise. What? Thanks anyways Mutt Hutt. We'll find somewhere else to take our pooch.
