They love the dogs and listen to specific requests you have regarding grooming your furry child a certain way. They pay attention to all things. Their prices are reasonable. I cannot say enough about this wonderful place to have your dogs groomed. The only issue I have is my dogs have been asking me if they can be groomed twice a month instead of once. They like to describe Posh Paws as their total spa experience.

Totally unreliable! Had an appointment for my cat Marlee at 1 PM with JJ. I sent her a text in…read morewhich I said, "We're ready when you are," knowing from her that she had an appointment for grooming in Taylors at 11 am. I thought she may have finished early. Marlee hates grooming/baths like most cats. I already had her in a large carrier. Totally prepared my bathroom for grooming by 12:18 pm. I was blindsided when she said she was waiting on a delivery of fish and started suggesting alternative times she could come. She will never touch a hair on my cat(s) again. Beware: the lady is all about SELF, not customers.

I came across JJ's card at Bex coffee shop downtown and gave her a ring. Grooming delivered is absolutely worth the extra $10-15 bucks for Fitch to be comfortable and for my peace of mind for him to not potentially catch the dog flu or kennel cough that is popping up even though he is current on all of his vaccinations, including dog flu. This also saved me an hour worth of drive time to drop off and pick up! JJ was right on time, friendly, and great with Fitch. She asked me a few questions about what kind of hair cut we wanted and let me know all of the services that were included, then she set up shop and got right to it. Fitch liked her from the beginning and even let her pick him up. After grooming, JJ took a few minutes for play and treats... she understands and obliges the extra exhilaration after getting your hair done, lol. Check out our pics of a happy dog that just stepped out of the salon;) After referring JJ to my apartment community, I hope we have monthly grooming service opps for the building... how awesome would that be! Happy dog, happy mom!

Pup In A Tub provides excellent dog grooming services but also has self-wash tubs that provide a…read moreconvenient, cost-effective way to wash even very large dogs if you want to wash your own pup. The owners are kind, friendly, and caring. When I took my 10 year old chocolate Lab in for a nail trim, they opted to file his nails since the quick was close to the end of his nails and they didn't want to risk any discomfort. They took the extra time and effort it takes to file nails instead of using the quick & easy clippers, putting my dog's comfort first. I decided to wash my Lab myself while I was there. The large, elevated stainless steel tubs have walk-up steps that make it easy for older dogs to get in and out and they are a real back-saver! They have an adjustable sprayer and a dispenser with an assortment of shampoos and conditioners that really make washing your dog easy. The owners gave me some tips and a scrubber that did a great job of working the shampoo into that thick water-repellant Lab coat and my dog didn't mind it at all. The owners showed me how to wash my dogs face using a blueberry facial and my dog just loved the extra attention. When you're done rinsing, they have blowers so you can blow-off extra water to help dry your dog more quickly. They also provide aprons and towels. If you need a careful, attentive dog groomer or just want to give your dog a quick bath yourself, I highly recommend Pup In A Tub.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I can not stress this enough. The prices on the website are not even a guideline…read more I was told when I made the appointment that it would be $110 for my dog. After he was cut I was told that it was $140. When I asked why the price went up the answer was simply "because it's $140". When I showed the owner the price online ($110) she stated that "Those are old prices". I told her that's not how online prices work and you need to honor that price. Her response (unbelievably) was "The price is $140". After a back and forth I gave her $120 just to get my dog. After I left the other owner (a man) called and SCREAMED at me. During this he called me (and I quote) "A white piece of shit". And that if he had been there I would have been in trouble I never raised my voice or used profanity during the exchange and this was how I was treated. DO NOT GO HERE!!!
