As a general contractor with over 20 years in business, I was not impressed with their work. They ripped out whatever was in their way and left a mess that had to be fixed/covered up. In one instance, they only needed a couple inches and they could have installed the duct behind a closet wall/bi-fold door but instead they busted up the trim and tore out framing to do their install directly in the way of the door. I understand that the owner who was selling the house probably didn't care - they likely just wanted the "cheapest" thing done to get the sale, but it showed a distinct lack of foresight AND a lack of respect for the new owners (my sister, brother-in-law and their kids). It really isn't THAT much more difficult to CARE about one's work! Based on that, I cannot recommend them.

We have been asking for a year to please come out and stop the banging noises in our ducts, it is absolute torture at night to listen to. They came out once, hit the duct with his fist and called it good. It has gotten worse with time I have 6 emails to them to please fix it, no response. Now we are reaching out to other companies to see if they can fix it, litigation will follow if there is a cost. this is not the way to treat someone when they spend a lot of money on a new HVAC system.

Both of us have been trying to contact them and I finally received a call back. The owner said that their office is closed due to someone contracting the covied 19 disease. And that they were not gonna come out to the house to fix anything. They did not give me any time line or say that they could offer me any kind of service for this problem. When I said that it was a possibility that something they did did not hold up they got upset with me and said I should not jump to conclusions and I should just call another plumber because there was nothing that they can do. I paid $1100 to these people for all the work that they had to do out there and a month later it's not working and they won't even make any effort to fix it now. I am very disappointed

We were assigned this contractor by AHS. First contact was prompt and we were hopeful. It all…read morewent downhill after that. On the first visit, the technician told us he had "found a small blockage." Looking back, I still do not understand how that conclusion was reached because no equipment was used to inspect or clean the lines. Instead, he poured Thrift drain cleaner down several drains, including through the garbage disposal. I later learned that this type of product should not be used in a garbage disposal because of the potential to damage metal components. At the time, we assumed the problem had been addressed. It had not. The very next morning, sewage was once again backing up into our basement. We contacted Earl's and were told that the lines had been cleaned. We explained that this simply was not what occurred during the first visit--no snake, camera, or other equipment had been used on the sewer lines. That was the first point where we began seriously questioning the accuracy of the information we were being given. The technician returned for a second visit, this time with a small snake. He attempted to work on the main lateral line and told us he could not go any farther because he had "hit concrete." He then told us a camera would need to be run through the line to determine what was happening. Unfortunately, Earl's camera was supposedly broken. We were told they did not know when it would be repaired and that two other customers were already waiting ahead of us for camera inspections. The visit essentially ended there--with an unresolved sewage problem and no meaningful plan for how or when it would be addressed. By day three, our frustration had grown considerably. We contacted AHS ourselves and were told they could not move forward until Earl's submitted its report. When we contacted Earl's and explained what AHS had told us, we were told, "That's not how it works."
