This past weekend, I was tired of waiting so I went in the store and had them get my order and load it in a cart and took it out myself. They looked like a bunch of chickens with their heads cut off. There were probably 10+ employees inside that little area, but no one was taking orders out. I also pay for a Walmart Plus subscription and have had orders just not be delivered for days at a time. So I cancel the order, resubmit it, try again for the next day, and still didn't show up. My whole thing is, if you're going to offer services like grocery pick up, and especially a paid subscription service for Walmart Plus, you better be able to handle the orders that come along with it or don't offer the services! They need to get their sh!t together!!!!!

I've pointed out this issue many times with items I've purchased and it is usually corrected and it has gotten better but the issue remains. In terms of the cleanliness and the overall aesthetic views of the store, they do pretty good on both fronts but there is a feeling of clutter with some of the distributor displays.
